DON'T even. Seriously. This is the only store I know of that doesn't know how to answer their flipping telephone, pardon my French. Walking into the store is no better. Just save yourself the headache.

The salesman looked at my mother's isage and because it happened to be low told her she didn't need to keep an unlimited plan. I'm wondering if he asked relevant questions like: Do you have children or grandchildren that play on your phone? Do you use social media often? Do you watch videos often? If so, he might have known a 7 and 4 year old play games. Now my mom is paying overage charges. ðŸ˜
I wish I could express this to the manager or tge salesman, but noone is answering calls. Go to the Sprint store in Morgantown; these people are fools.response / report this review -

I was told the closest repair store was 6 hours away and the reason for this was that there was no need for repairs in the area because didn't have enough clients
