Making any type of large purchase can be quite stressful, but Jennifer was patient, kind and extremely helpful. We went in one evening and she spent a couple hours with us trying to find what we needed to fit our budget and was quite patient when we decided to go back a second day and switch some things out. Star has wonderful prices and a great and friendly staff. I highly recommend them!

Jennifer was great. Even though it was close to closing she showed us around and answered all our questions. They delivered my son's bed on Thursday and he is thrilled. Prices are way too high but I hope it holds up and will be worth it.

Excellent customer service. As we entered the store we were greeted, but not attacked by the sales people. They waited until we entered the area that interested us and an employee approached us to see if we had any questions on the items we were looking at. The salesperson was extremely helpful and did not push us in any particular area, but instead allowed us to go for what we wanted. They were very patient with us as we spent time picking out the item that best suited our needs. I highly recommend Star Furniture!
