Best dealer I have ever worked a deal with. No pressure to buy, up front pricing. Didnt ask for me to sign a sales agreement when I asked how much a bike was. Whenever I have had a problem the entire staff has went out of their way to help me, even when the problem was my fault for not listening to them. I will deal with them anytime and all the time.

My wife and I travel thousands off miles every year to dealers just to collect poker chips. We have been to over 200 dealerships and sometimes they are closed. When they are closed we buy the chips from the dealer websites or call when they can't be purchased from the website. I have had to call about 40+ dealers to get poker chips mailed out and half the time they send them for free. Mind you I always try to pay but when they find out I'm out of state and was just passing through they usually refuse. When we called this dealer not only was I told they won't mail me one and I had to come in to get one they were super rude. They told me they did not have time and I would have to come in if I wanted one. We have been to over 200 dealers and 99% of them have been super nice but this is the worst dealer I have ever delt with. Save yourself the time and go somewhere that has good customer service. I see from other reviews people feel the same way. Maybe the owner should make some changes.

I purchased a new bike from here and had a great experience. For starters, everyone was friendly, contrary to other reveiws ive read. Secondly, i was given a very competitve deal on a bike. I was even done a favor to help with the financing and let me get riding. Not only would i go back, but would also recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a bike. The service manager also made sure i understood all the aspects of the new bike, and even rode it first to check it out before he let me ride off. My experience was friendly, professional, and helpful. Thank you B&B!
