Dr. Mary Schmidt is completely incompetent and unprofessional. She refuses to do her job properly and lied on official reports. Real piece of work. Hopefully if you have an emergency you have the ability to go to ANY other hospital. If not, I hope there is another doctor in the ER.

Long wait times, (well over 5 hours we sat) they take people who came in after you before you, even if you have chest pain. Dirty waiting rooms, rude staff, and you are immediately treated like a drug addict if you mention any sort of pain, even if you have a clean history and have never had any addiction problems. Definitely my last resort for medical care. If you are going for a child, just drive the extra 30 minutes to Ruby in Morgantown.

It’s hard for patients with celiac disease to eat here due to the lack of gluten free food. Other than that the doctor and nurses here are very nice and well informed with what they’re doing.

Was great at first but then having to have blood drawn by a specific time twice a week, they randomly have no one in admissions for no reason at all. Really irritating

Mother spent over a month in CCU. WONDERFUL doctors and nurses. Very caring and respectful. Sarah, Chad, Ashley, Cotyjust to name a fewI cant remember them all. Facility is nice! You can not beat UHC CCU! 100% satisfied and I cant thank these girls and guys enough. From the doctors, to the nurses, housekeeping, desk workersTOP NOTCH!

We were taken to hospital after a MVA. Being from Canada, it was daunting to be taken to for foreign medical treatment; however, the staff at the hospital were excellent at treatment and understanding of our anxiety and concerns. We were taken in very quickly and assessed before being released. Thank you everyone for the top notch medical treatment we received.

Probably some of the worst Hospital experiences I've ever had. The doctors have been great. The front desk of numerous offices needs some help. First the people at the Orthopedics did not put my appointment in the computer so I call off work and drive there and all of a sudden they don't have me in their system. Then I get seen by the doctor a couple weeks later and he recommends an MRI. Well I never get a call saying when my MRI is luckily the Radiology department called to remind me of my appointment which I was never told about in the first place. So that's strike two. And now for the third strike I go to one session of physical therapy and schedule my whole next week with appointments for therapy. Well I call to ask about my appointment on Monday and they can't find me in the system period yet again someone forgot to schedule my stuff in the computer. Meanwhile I'm sitting here with an appointment card with times and dates on it.

ER is terrible! Took boy in throwing up blood but had to give life history to security guard at the front door just to get in. Then wait half the night to see a doctor. Is that really how you treat a child that is throwing up blood and his parents?
