The hotel is a bit out of the way. With traffic it is a bit hard to get to West side of Tampa. The hotel itself is good. Very friendly front desk. The room is clean.
I made a delivery to this place and the people were very helpful and friendly and I didn't get to see the rooms but very clean and organized
Exceptional service, but Nancy at the front desk made our experience superb. She was delightful from the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out. The room was clean and big. My wife and I will most definitely stay here again. Standout service.
Stayed there for a professional event. Room was very comfortable, complementary breakfast was great. Having 24hr access to fitness center was an added benefit.
It is OK except window-mounted A/C which are very loud. Residence Inn nearby has an advantage here with a hidden in the wall (and thus better sound-proof) split system.
Gym has only a barely alive elliptical and two treadmills, that's it, not even a single dumbbell in a corner, no crossbar Again Residence Inn has better equipment.
Update from October 2017: whatever you do, don't stay in room 505. The faucet in the shower is broken and water is either cold or burning hot, no warm in the middle. I have been here for more than a week and maintenance requests were accepted several times but issue still was not fixed.
Same thing for A/C in the gym: it is not working for more than a week since I checked in. Complaints stay not addressed.
Update 2: personal thanks to the hotel general manager Jessica who finally took the matter in her hands and made sure that "unfixable" faucet replaced and even the old loud A/C unit in the room 505 updated and now I have shower with pleasant water temperature and can keep A/C on for the night without waking up whole night every time it turns on.
So the management here is fine, you just need to reach them if you have any issues with your stay and be sure it will be fixed.
I was happy at first . Rooms were clean . But I was staying during hurricane Irma and kept receiving phone calls asking me when I would be checking out. They were overbooked and we're counting on me leaving early so they could sell my room again . They made me so uncomfortable I left a day early and didn't inform them they refused to refund anything if I cancelled . I'm still thinking about calling corporate but I have doubts that it would make any difference.
We liked the convenience of a late checkout (12 pm). The room has a small living room with a full size pull out bed. Rooms were clean. It has a jacuzzi next to the pool. For breakfast they offered fruits, cornflakes, muffins, bread, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties; but didn't have waffles.
I have near stayed at a Marriott that was so disgusting.. The couch has a nasty smell coming from it. It looks like blood spots on carpet from bed to bathroom. There was trash in the between the beds still from the people before us. The shower needs a good scrubbing bc it's dirty still. The front desk girls and maintenance guys were awesome but for your house keeping people they need to step it up.
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We made it to breakfast 15 minutes before it ended and there was still a good selection of food available to us. The ladies working the food area were also very nice and considerate.
Nice large clean suite rooms come with free breakfast buffet. Convenient location to I 75 restaurants and shopping
All was good! Just visiting someone who was visiting me. Lovely and helpful staff. Certainly no complaints.
Staff was very friendly. Room was fairly spacious and clean. Elevator seems a bit off as it jerks a lot when going down to the 1st floor. Good amount of parking in the lot. Plenty of fast food restaurants nearby.
Room was a bit small for the price. Room service was very late everyday. Stayed for 6 nights. Pool was very nice and always clean. The advertisement were not true at all . The pictures were nothing close to what you get . For that I give it 3 stars !
