The staff is very friendly and always smiling; the rooms are very clean and comfortable; their prices are affordable; the Seminole Hard Rock Casino is less than 2 miles away; but the best thing is their breakfast buffetit is amazing and included with your room!!

The hotel is located in an office park so its quiet. The staff at the desk and the staff around the hotel are friendly. There is a nice work out room. My room is located on the 1sr floor near the lobby, don't really hear any noise. Though I am near the ice machine I don't hear it from my room. There is a free shuttle to the nearby casino, a nice perk. But I found duct tape on the kicking latch, which is brings safety Tina concern as anyone seems to have access to the workout room.

The location is very close to the fairgrounds and the hard rock casino. The room was quite small. The staff that checked me in was quite rude, but later when I needed to print a paper the staff was extremely nice.

My family and I arrived very late and tired (past 1am) after a football game in Tampa. We stood in the lobby waiting for about 10 minutes while the woman at the counter talked on the phone. Finally she acknowledged our existence only to tell me my reservation had been CANCELLED. They over booked the hotel and did me the favor of cancelling my reservation. They booked me in a hotel several miles away (and out of my way) and I had to drive an additional 15 minutes in an unfamiliar area to get there (back on the road at close to 2am now with family in tow and complaining). They did pay for my room which was nice and might have been worth the added inconvenience during normal hours but at that time, being so tired and the family complaining not so much so. Needless to say, I will not be back.

This Hotel is very modern and updated. I absolutely loved the room, the decor, it's atmosphere, amenities, just loved everything about it. To be such an amazing hotel the pricing is very, very affordable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know is looking for a hotel. I loved everything about my stay there.

I have been in hotels all over this area.. my son has cancer and we sometimes have to stay overnight. At $218.40 for one night. We had No air conditioning, Toilet didn't work, roaches running around, TV was a problem. Went to the front desk immediately.. and 3 More times Not one person would check things out.. just shrugged her shoulders and said it is what it is. At checkout, I again talked about ALL the problems, and even though I told them I would be late check-out. I was given a hard time I said my Son has brain cancer and we live two hours away.. sometimes we have to stay in hotel another night. Girl told me WELL THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM AND REFUSED TO GET THE MANAGER.. THEN DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT???? I AM SHOCKED THAT THEY ARE PART OF THE MARRIOTT CHAIN OF HOTELS BEING A GOLD REWARDS MEMBER NEVER AGAIN

Great stay, staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was good the 2 queens beds are more like 2 doubles beds. Pool was great wish it was located on the other site of the hotel because the hotel causes shade over the whole pool around 4pm. Would definitely safe again

Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is still fairly new and has the comfy home feel. Pool and hot tub are nice but nothing fancy. Included breakfast is decent as well.

Free shuttle to hard rock casino. Very nice updated rooms. Close to a lot of things. Great place to stay for sure!

I have stayed here many times recently and the entire staff is super accommodating! The whole property and all rooms have just been completely remodeled and furnishings updated very tastefully. Conveniently located to many local attractions and businesses, while offering moderately priced rates.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We were lucky enough to stay in a newly remodeled suite on the second floor. Beautiful and spacious! Our room was immaculate in every aspect and the staff in this hotel is the friendliest most helpful, service directed group of people we've met. Located minutes away from the Hard Rock Casino there is a convenient van/bus service back and forth. While I didn't go I spoke with many guests who did. They complemented the bus schedule's frequency to and fro and a great time was had by all. My husband was on a business trip and this hotel with it's wifi and front desk assistance is tops for conducting business. The beautiful remodel is eye catching from the moment the front doors open to reveal fine leather furniture and the old farm house charm of a huge conference table equipped with electrical outlets for every single occupant to plug in laptops and phone chargers. The coffee, oh the ever hot 24/7 coffee kiosk.. delicious! I miss the people, the breakfasts and the wonderful gym! Hello EVERYONE at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Tampa Fairgrounds!
