Bed Bugs stay away. Was staying here due to a funeral and was overwhelmed with bed bugs. Hotel management offered no assistance being they do not work weekends.

First room was absolutely disgusting. Entire floor looked like it had soaked in soda and couch cushions had red and green paint on them. Got moved to a cleaner room after witnessing that disaster.

Bed and room was very dirty. Sheets had hair in them and multiple stains. I was reassigned to another room which was equally as dirty with multiple stains on the furniture and floor. Number for the room outside of the door was missing on the second room. The second room then had strong smell of marijuana as well as the hallway. Hotel would not refund me although the rooms were in terrible condition and not worth $100/night. I didnt even stay in the hotel. Would NOT recommend staying here.

We stayed for 4 nights late summer while visiting family. Everything was fine as far as services and accommodation. My only complaint is the hotel itself is aging and so the carpet and furniture in the is worn. The bathroom did seem to be redone though.

Service was good. Room was ok. Lots of cleaning odors, beds were hard, really hard. Pillows were lumpy and difficult to sleep on. Even my 3 and 8 year old had problems sleeping. Location was about 100 yards from the freeway, lots of road noise. Room was cool and stayed that way, however I will not stay at this hotel again.

Our stay at the Country Inn & Suites was very brief. The staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean, but did have a strong decent smelling odor possibly from the previous person. The bathroom was of decent size and well stocked with towels. The room had a working thermostat and great room darkening shades. The one problem my husband and I both had was the bed and pillows. The bed was hard and the pillows too soft. Made for a rough night of sleep, but for a night a decent stay.

Clean rooms, small but nice pool. Would have liked a hot tub. The breakfast was hot and tasty. Attendants were great at breakfast. Loved the upgrade too!

The rooms were clean and the customer service was good, the only issue was the Wi-Fi acting up at points
