Had a great experience. Was part of a wedding party and had to set things up in a conference room downstairs, the staff was willing to help and made sure we had everything we needed. Stayed overnight and had no issues. A quick drive into the city, but in a quieter area so it was very easy to get to

My family has used this location before a few times. It is always very quiet there and we rarely have problems. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in this last trip was comfortable and clean. I had a king sized bed to myself.

Check in was fast and smooth. I felt that the staff were courteous and personable. The room was comfortable and actually quite spacious; at least larger than some other I've been in. The fitness center is equipped with a treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical machines. It wasn't very big, but then again I was alone the entire time so perhaps it is suitable for the average guest. The breakfast offerings were delicious.

Staff was great - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. What a treat to have turkey sausage and veggie omelets as an option! No.waffle maker, but my husband enjoyed the pancake maker as an alternative. The only negative we experienced was in housekeeping. We left out at 11:30am and returned at 5pm to an unmade room. The front desk manager (whose name totally escapes me!!!) immediately responded to our complaint with fresh towels and an offer to make up the room, himself. We declined, but appreciated the effort. Aside from that incident, everything else was great.

Place very definitely the worst holiday inn I've ever stayed at. Renovations had the stairwells destroyed like hurricane Katrina, we actually just walked right in the back door. It must have been broken and didn't lock. So anyone could just come wandering in, which wouldn't be a big issue but the room latch looked like it was really to fall off. Maybe somebody already kicked the room door in. Vending machines not did work. The light switch didn't turn any lights on. We struggled with 3 three? Yes , 3 burned out lightbulbs and no electrical outlet covers. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean.

Everything I needed it to be - clean, comfortable room, polite and helpful staff, and conveniently located. The only complaint I have is that the coffee was terrible, but most hotel coffee is about as bad.

I've been here on two separate occasions for job training. Rooms have been clean, the free breakfast has been good, and the staff are super polite and helpful.

I have stayed here a few times. Great location near where I need to go. I got a suite this time. Plenty of towels for a whole family. Nice room, comfortable bed, plenty of TV channels with no problems. Only issue I saw was a lamp missing a bulb. Went to turn it on and didn't have a bulb in it.
