Staff was very nice and room was nice size and decently clean. My issue was the noise from the phone that kept happening and then woke me up in the middle of the night.
Otherwise, the stay was nice. Would possibly stay again if I needed to do so.response / report this review -

Nice rooms. Nice breakfast. Nice workout room. Quite a bit of Highway noise in my room but I always carry a fan for white noise so it wasn't a problem.

Very new, clean, and excellent staff. The hotel itself was a little tricky to get to if you’re not familiar with the area, but once we made it there, parking was excellent as they had an extra parking area that was kind of like a parking garage. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The place is very clean, and the staff was great. They were very courteous and pleasant. The breakfast was great! Rooms were set up oddly though. The TV was in a weird place. Place was nice though, and there were free Chupa Chups!

Love Love Love Springhill Suites! I have been coming here for almost 20 years and I can hands down say they are amazing!!! My business will never go anywhere else! And on a side noteFrancescaYou will be missed! I wish you all the best to you and your family on your new journey! Springhill is losing a great employee. I am sure they know that though! Anywaymuch love to the entire staffthey are like family!

I had room 431 which is highway side. I love Marriott hotels but next time I'm asking for a room not so loud all night long.

Very nice hotel, great location tucked into a little kinda hidden place, but right near everywhere you would want to be for entertainment & shopping (near downtown, right by the zoo, APPLE store, Tesla store, Michael Kors, etc)

Hotel was very clean and rooms were big for what you get. The bed was very firm for what I prefer. The breakfast had lots of choices and was very good.

Really clean hotel. Friendly staff. Recent storm had the outside lights off and one elevator not working. Would definitely visit again.

Older facility. Pool was decent but small. Staff was friendly and helpful. Weather caused a power outage that was not dealt with well at the time, but the manager made it right.
Website said it had a kitchenette, but it only had a wet bar with mini fridge and microwave.response / report this review -

The price was right and the room was clean. I have no complaints and it's right down the road from everywhere you want to be. This is a nice spot if you want to save some money without giving up comfortability.

We were more than impressed with this hotel. First we showed up late at night and the woman working the front desk was super sweet and helpful. Our room was very clean, breakfast was great, and service was excellent. When we got home we realized that we had forgotten my 4 year olds stuffed animal. We called the hotel and staff had it in the mail quickly! THANK YOU!!!
