Thank you to the management and staff at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Fort Worth location. We stayed four nights and from the time we entered the front door the entire staff was friendly, accommodating and professional. The location is near the mall and easily accessible from the highway. The rooms and lobby were always clean and the morning breakfast even had turkey sausage for us non-beef/pork customers. Thank you again. We enjoyed our stay.

• Stayed two nights, felt like a very new hotel. Room had a fridge, microwave, cozy sized room with desk, and a roomy bathroom. Hot water isn't endless, about two long showers worth.
• Staff was accommodating. Our iron had some black residue which placed a small mark on my shirt. I called down, and they quickly brought up a brand-new iron with a coupon for an item from their "Market" or mini convenience area of snacks.
• Food was good, with bacon or sausage with eggs with the standard continental breakfast arrangement.

Fairly standard Fairfield, newly renovated and looks great. Only one small elevator for the entire hotel, but it's only 3 floors so it's not a problem. Small pool and fitness area on the main floor, it was open but I did not use it. Concierge were very nice and always available. The breakfast (free, 6-9:30am) was small and by the time I got there (8:30-9:00) there were a few things empty. Coffee was plentiful, and it was a lovely stay (2 nights). Parking is right in front of the building for the most part. The hotel does have one side facing a highway, and another facing a major road, but even sleeping on the side facing the highway I did not notice a thing!

Good fondly folks working here. Breakfast is set up well, area is clean; the food is mediocre, but what do you expect for a free buffet. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels.

Would have given more stars, except for the lovely mouse sharing my room on the 3rd floor. In addition, only one ice maker on the 1st floor, so plan on a trip for ice when on 2nd or 3rd floor. The bag for the ice bucket was actually sticky, so non-usable and the room phones do not work. If I was not stuck needing to be in this general area, I would be at different Marriott.

When it comes to service the staff at this hotel earn a 10+ in my book. So friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are actually designed to accommodate two people trying to get ready in the morning (separate electrical outlets on each side of the vanity and plenty of counter space). Mattresses and pillows make for a wonderful night's rest. Highly recommend this hotel.

Best Hotel Stay ever. Veronica was very helpful in showing us a vacant room so that we could determine if we wanted to change hotels. The rooms at this Fairfield Inn were very clean and the furniture was comfortable. Veronica even went out of her way to inform us of basketball players checking in and wanted to make sure they did not disturb us. All of the staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. Gina in the dining room was great, making sure there was plenty of food available and asking if we needed anything. I will definitely stay at this hotel on future visits to Ft. Worth.

Not all ice machines worked other than this minor complaint we had a very nice stay. Good breakfast variety & 24/7 tea/coffee/cocoa in the lobby. Indoor pool & hot tub, so bring a bathing suit!

Great hotel with amazing staff! Every time I stay in Fort Worth this is my favorite hotel. The employees take pride in providing excellent service, never missing the opportunity to make your visit extraordinary. Everything is always so clean and fresh! The rooms have great layouts which make you feel right at home. Complimentary breakfast is a delicious treat which is always well maintained. The indoor hot tub/pool is a delightful plus and there is also an exercise room and laundry room for your convenience.
