This is a nice hotel in a nice location, but the location isn't so nice a few blocks away. The breakfast area is really big and nice. We got a room for 5 people for 5 days, but they only put 3 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper, and they apparently don't believe in extra toilet paper, because when our room was cleaned and we only had two partial rolls, it was just left like that.

I thought a Marriott would be up to date and maintained. I was wrong on all accounts. The room size was ample and comfortable enough, but that is where they get one star. The tech in the room dates back 7+ years does not include any USB power devices and still has an Ethernet port. The chair in my room was clearly old and ragged (see the photos). The breakfast was OK and that is where they get a second star. The breakfast / bar area is a disaster with worn and dirty chairs in every direction. I asked the desk clerk how long Marriott owned/operated this facility.. she said 7 years. This is a total failure of the Marriott brand and local management needs replacing.

I enjoyed my time here. I was placed on the south west side of the hotel.i didn't hear the traffic from the north side. They have streaming TV if you have an account for one. They will clear out your account one you have checked out. The people here treat you with respect and like you are a guest in their home. You couldn't ask for a better group of people.

Room was clean with a calming layout. The view was exemplary as I could see the mountain range when awoke from my bear like slumber. The pool is a bit lacking in size and the hot tub leaves much to be desired. The staff was polite and attentive to our needs. I would recommend this place if your lookin.

Great hotel, friendly front desk staff, complimentary lollipops. The room was clean and the layout provided a very nice space. The breakfast was good but they were out of coffee so I had to settle on OJ. The room was quiet and I was able to sleep well. The A/C unit is better than most and is not overpowering/overwhelming.

I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
I would stay at this hotel again.

Friendly service. When you walk in you know you are going to stay at a nice place. Building is kept pretty clean. The hotel maids are hard working.

Our room was clean and very spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. 4 floors, whirlpool and pool, fitness room, hot continental/buffet breakfast from 6-9, and a gorgeous lobby. If we ever come to the area again, we will be staying here.

I really liked this hotel due to the fact that they are literally minutes away from the cancer center. Also I like how they have shuttles straight to the cancer center it's right off of busy main road so it's easy to find. The only issue I have is that breakfast time the food is sometimes not replenished quickly enough replenished quickly enough, so but there is Panera Bread. Hotels cleanliness to me is pretty good way better than some hotels I've been to the floor seems like it has been vacuumed and they change the Sheetz very regularly and wash them. Me personally I don't like sitting in hotel couches.

This location is right across from Children's Hospital. We stayed here while our daughter had an eye appointment. We love out of town. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. Aesthetically there were a few stains and cracks in the ceiling near the window and the hallway rug was threadbare in spots. The plastic shower curtain was stained from mold and probably needs to be replaced. The suite we were in was divided into a sitting area and a sleeping area and the toilet and shower were separated which was a little strange but actually made for greater privacy. My family and I would stay there again.

Room was very nice. Stayed there with my family. Very accessible for us to where we wanted to go. Breakfast wasn't great. They seemed quite under staffed since they were frequently out of food and utensils. Pool was on the small side.

The location was right across the street for my wife's conference. The room is comfortable, clean, and in great condition. The layout of the room is well thought-out. Breakfast was good. The hotel was easy to find and is down the street from convenient options for a quick meal. It looks like a lot of new construction is going on in the area, so I would expect more shops and restaurants around soon.

Our room was very nice however the service has been atrocious. Besides the fact that we called a few days ago spent a hour on the phone with a representative at the hotel picking out the best room as my husband was having surgery in the area and we needed specific things to make his stay relaxing and restful. When we came to check in they had no knowledge of this and put us in a room that was pretty much nothing we asked for. My sister who was staying here for moral support as well was up all night due to the ac that was making do weird noise and her bed was shaking all right. She did call the front desk and they acted like she was crazy until the manager came on duty saying yeah that room and the one next to it shake due to the industrial dry cleaner. He offered her the next night free but didn't offer to switch her room or even act like he cared about the issue. Who wants to stay in a room they can't sleep in? Free or not!
