I initially checked into room 117. I understood it was going to be a pet room, and anticipated that it may have a little more wear than a non pet room. Upon opening the door, I was greeted with a foul odor. I went to open the window for fresh air, and there was no screen. The overall cleanliness of the room was disgusting. I decided to pull the bed sheets back on both beds because at this point I am concerned about bed bugs. The mattresses had dark orange spots all over them, and slits in them. Didn't see any bed bugs or signs of their casings, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were there. The bed sheets also had dirt on them. I went into the bathroom and the tub is stained black, the floor had either bloody bugers or smashed bugs all over it, and then behind the door was small pieces of feces from something. Also, the furniture was dusty. We called the front desk and was then assigned room 226 which was tolerable, but it still wasn't impressive. The room at least looked somewhat cleaned and the mattresses weren't disgusting. Both rooms had excessive dirt, grime, and dust on the outlets that I didn't even want to touch them to plug my phone in. Fortunately there was an outlet on the microwave that I used. The tub in this room was also stained black. It was already 9pm, and I just wanted to relax after a long day of work and driving. Nonetheless, I will never stay here again nor will I recommend this establishment to anyone. This was by far was the worst hotel stay I have ever had in my life. I couldn't wait to check out in the morning. I have worked in the hotel business before, and it enthralled me that the hotel was in such poor condition. You could tell that management and staff don't care about the presentation of the hotel. Even if it's old and has had its share of nasty guests , there is still a way to keep things clean and tidy, and to maintain it. This place isn't even worthy of a one star rating. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

This place is a dump! the manager Michael has no clue and the front desk help is uneducated. Wouldn't stay if it were free. Avoid at all cost.

Ooh, nasty urine smell, extremely nauseating on carpet flooring. I told the front desk on check out and she wrote on a piece of note paper ( as if writing up a cleaning order) " dirty" . I told her, it's not "dirty" it has a nasty strong odor of urine so bad I had to late on one side away from smell to sleep, it woke me each time I turned over- she scratched out dirty and wrote "Smell". Oh geez like really someone is going to know what that means and know how to take care if it! Yikes. It was the nastiest room I've ever had to spend the night in , but circumstances kept me from asking for another room.

Stayed five nights for a decent rate. Room isn't anything spectacular, but if you're just visiting from out of state, you won't spend much time in the room(s) anyway. Pet-friendly!

Poor Service/Lack of proper housekeeping - Checked in for business on April 8th, 2018, housekeeping has not been in my room to provide service for 2 days now. The front desk was approached on Monday in regards to why housekeeping had not been by. I was informed that I was not on the list for services. Day 2 I come in and housekeeping has not been here for a second day, when I approach the front desk for a second day in a row I am informed that I was on the list, but just didn't get down. The gentleman asked if the housekeeper was still here and he was informed she had already left. I stay with LaQuinta for a lot of my business stays, but you can bet I won't be back to this one.

Descents hotel on a budget. Room are ok. Bed was comfy. Didn’t have any issues until my cards wouldn’t work. Front desk girl for Sunday over nights. Was SO RUDE!!!! The customer in front of me was an older gentleman. And needed just a little extra attention. And I don’t think I have ever heard someone be so completely rude and impatient!!! I also received the same kind of treatment. Not happy at all!!!

Decent place 12-15 minute drive to the airport it's 4 stars because it was a motel style place no pictures indicated it as such. There is a nicer hotel closer to the air port. Side note the Mexican restaurant beside it is actually pretty bang on when it comes to their quesadilla and everything burrito.

A bit disappointed in this LaQuinta compared to others that I've stayed in. The carpet did not look vacuumed some trash under the beds, the night table was not even wiped off it had rings from previous guests glasses. The toilet lid was cracked and the dust behind the easily movable nightstand was probably five years collecting. Hosts were nice, the room was disappointing. Probably could have picked a nicer area.

Amazing! This is the only time in years staying at any hotel when the front desk called you an hour or so after you checked in to see if everything was OK! A+ for that! Typical budget hotel. I thought our bathroom was quite large. Some comments said otherwise; perhaps there are different room layouts. Need outlets by the bed (on the lamp base is real convenient) for charging all of today's gadgets. Hotel was fine for a quick overnight stay to catch our plane flight the next morning.

Do not stay here. I forgot a nice dress in the closet of my room and called the day after I checked out to see about getting it sent to me. Apparently no one had seen a dress in the closet. I know I shouldn't have forgotten it, but I was very disappointed that my dress was gone, as it was important to me.

The check-in went well , the evening staff was very nice and accommodating. Not so much the situation for the morning staff, not that they were rude, just the fact that no acknolgment was attempted or made. Not sure when if that person was the desk clerk or not but no matter, went about my day normally. The motel itself is a bit run down. It may be very old and under different ownership over time, but the rooms were pretty decent. I've seen this chain do better, bit it wasn't the worse either. All in all, it works if you need a night and to save some cash.

I wasn't a guest there but I was in a meeting in the conference room. It was a very neat and clean place. The staff was also very nice too. The area it is located in is perfect too because it is right next to the highway and there is multiple things to choose from to eat as well.

Andrew at the desk was very professional and helpful. That is the only positive and the only reason this is not a one star.
Do not stay here. The first room was not clean I had to request another. I don't mean old, I mean not clean. Second was better but not good. Currently, I am listening to people yelling, laughing and screaming outside my door with dogs barking. (On this property, not on the street)
The tub faucet is dripping and I'm just so disappointed.
I have to find another hotel in the morning and I'm going to lose money here that I can't afford to lose. And time lost with family that I was visiting while I try to regroup.response / report this review
