I did not stay at the center but attended a 2 day convention is salons A and B. I thought that the space was spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and the location was convenient with no parking issues. they also had a bar that some attendees went to that was in another part if the facility. Honestly the rating should probably a 3.5 - the furniture is dated and a little stained and there are no windows in the actual meeting rooms. Staff was very nice. I'm not sure who arranged food so I won't rate based on that.

I stayed here for an overnight before an early flight out of Denver International. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had nice amenities in the bathroom so I didn't have to unpack my own. Especially enjoyed the sleeping aromatherapy lotion.

The staff was very polite, professional and accommodating. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Delicious food at their restaurant. Full bar ran by the two best staff their Jasmine and Joe.

I very much enjoyed my stay here, the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable. The bed was very comfortable . When you walk in they have a beautiful waterfall. The only down side that I encountered was if your disabled walking with a cane or walker is that the access to the room's is a long distance from the check in counter. In which you have to walk. There is a ramp but walking was an issue. Just take it slow and enjoy the waterfall on your way to the elevators

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Everything else leaves much to be desired. Mattresses are uncomfortable, rooms have old furnishings, stained tubs and as my room windows opened to the bar I was in a cave for 3 days. Old signage hanging in the area of the conference and public bathrooms not well maintained throughout the day. Fortunately the bar pours a good drink and bar staff is great. Bar food not so good.

The hotel is older and you can see it in the rooms. The chair and pull put couch were very used. The shower/tub was older and water stained. Restaurant was pretty good as was the breakfast. The staff was okay. The front desk agent was very nice but I don't remember her name. Great conference rooms!

Staff restored my belief that good customer service still exists!!! Thank you Adrian (I think) for letting me borrow your personal phone charger. Wish there was free breakfast and my TV was kinda glitchy but overall great experience. THANK YOU FOR BEING PET FRIENDLY (my pups appreciated that).

Attended the mineral and fossil show here at its new location. Parking was great, and staff were friendly. Lots of security around. The lounge was very nice and bathrooms clean. They seemed adequately prepared, though I think the maps / directional signage could be a little better and more frequent. Overall they were very accommodating and a good location for a big convention like this. I can't comment on the rooms and other lodging services as I did not stay at the hotel overnight. Pool looked very nice though!

The services was nice and the rooms were clean, the decor NEEDS a serious update. It looks like the 80s threw up in there. Needs some updating. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Adrian at the front desk was amazingly pleasant and a breath of fresh air! He was able to multi task, handIe a difficult guest and be attentive at the same time. I have managed several 4 star hotels in the past and Adrian fits the script in what all good front end agents should aspire to. Thank you for making our stay great from the beginning.

Stayed here two nights for a convention. Besides the fire alarm going off twice one night, it was a pleasant stay. Each time was a false alarm. There was a discount on the final bill due to this, I was happy with that. The breakfast buffet is good, all the hotel staff I interacted with were friendly. The hotel bar was good. Nice big atrium area where the bar is. Convention space was very nice too.

Here for youth conference. Every year they help us have a great weekend. The food for the conference had improved as well. I do wish when they had designed the building they made the hallways wider though.

There is not free breakfast at the hotel. There is a shuttle that will pick you up from the airport and it will drive you up to 5 miles away from the airport. You must request at the front desk to have a fridge put in your room. It is nicely located neer alot of fast food. The rooms are a little bit dated but they are clean. I would will stay again
