We love this hotel! We are from SC & our son has attended OSU for 4 years. Once we discovered this location they have consisently been our preferred choice whenever we visit. It is always clean, bright, and well-stocked, but the staff truly makes it exceptional. The location is super conveinent, within walking distance (or a short shuttle) to multiple restaurants, a large Target, and a large AMC movie complex. Across the street, you can access the Olentangy River Trail with great walking/jogging/biking paths that wind past both parts of campus and let watch the waters and ducks as well.

I write this review with mixed feelings. My room was great and spacious enough for three adults for four days. The hotel staff was marvelous, helpful, thoughtful, accommodating. On the other hand my Northface jacket was stolen from the hotel lobby late at night. No offer to check security cameras. There is hotel security and cameras . . . right?

Everyone(employees)we're very friendly and informative about the area and businesses.
Room was very clean and lovely decor, we parked at Springhill Suites..@ no charge,
they shuttled myself and my sister back and forth to Ohio State University, Wexner Medical center, which saved on driving my car around and parking cost, along with feeling secure in a strange area, plus breakfast every morning!

This Hotel needs to be updated. The carpet in the room was filthy! The stainless steel compact refrigerator had handprints and the nightstands were not cleaned off. We also called down for more towels and they were never brought up. This place has great potential if just brought up to date

Really nice room for a great rate. Everything seemed recently renovated. The location was great for me too. Breakfast was pretty good, nothing spectacular, but it close to some more interesting restaurants and coffee shops.

Check-in process was quick and staff were friendly. Hotel was very clean. Modern rooms and feel. Breakfast had good selection of food. Slight issue was water was slow to get hot, but eventually did.

This hotel is top notch. A great staff, clean rooms, and centrally located. The people that run the front desk were extremely helpful. The bartender was very friendly and talkative. I look forward to staying here again.

I stay here regularly. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious. I'd reccomend an odd numbered room on the street side. Even numbered rooms face the train tracks and the train can be a bit loud.

Was here for a 4 night stay. The first room that was given appeared to be clean until I turned down the beds and there were multiple hairs on the sheets. Sheets had not been changed, it was disgusting! First they were just going to change sheets, but I insisted on a clean room. Room change was 2 floors down opposite side of hotel. It would have been nice for them to offer to help relocate us. Staff at the desk wasn't that friendly and was borderline rude. For what we paid nightly and our experiences will find other accommodations on our next trip up to OSU.

Great stay. Rooms were clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable and the Showers have very good water pressure. Very friendly staff. Feel free to ask them anything about Columbus and surrounding areas nearby. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

Prompt service and courteous staff. When I explained the situation to them they suggested the cheaper option rather than blindly letting me pay more. They also promptly found and held a lab coat I had left behind in my room and I was able to get it back.
