My parents came into downtown and stayed at this hotel. I called to inform them that it was their 50th wedding anniversary and they upgraded them to a presidential suite at no charge. The gentleman I spoke with was so helpful and nice. He game my information of a flower shop down the street I could order flowers from to have delivered to their room. What a wonderful experience and my parents loved it!! Thank you Hampton!!!

I stayed at the Hampton in downtown Columbus for two nights. The room was amazing! Spacious and stylish with incredibly comfortable beds. The free breakfast wasn't bad either. There was a station to make fresh waffles and the coffee was delicious. I would stay at this location again, without question.

The hotel is in like new condition, everything was clean. The location was perfect for the concert we went to, only half a mile away. Onlyn side is the parking is valet only.

We arrived and our room was not ready. We asked if an upgrade was available and we received one. The best room they offer!! The shower was heaven! The staff was friendly and helpful. Clifford was an amazing addition to the experience. He was incredibly personable and always made sure to talk to us when we were in the lobby. This was a wonderful weekend getaway!!

Nice room, staff, and facilities. Parking situation and noise from street traffic is unacceptable. Breakfast options were pretty weak given the room rate.

The hotel is definitely one of the nicer places that I have stayed. The room is very nice and the bed is comfortable. I'm here for a professional development course, and thus I am not paying for my room out of my own pocket. The lobby is clean and pleasant and the staff have been great.

Love, love, love! I stay in the studio king suite every time I come to Columbus. This is such a great hotel and does the Hilton brand justice. The location is fantastic- lots of restaurants and shopping within spitting distance! The people here are so wonderful and sweet. They go out of their way to help in any way they can.
The rooms are huge and comfortable for being in downtown! The shower is my favorite..it's massive!

Very nice hotel. The front desk was professional and attentive. The time are updated and comfortable. The only negative is that the pictures on their website indicate there is a hot tub next to the pool, but there isn't. It has been taken out. They need to update their pictures.
The best thing about this hotel is the door man, Clifford. We'd do back just to see him!response / report this review -

Fantastic hotel within walking distance to much of what there is to see and do in the downtown Columbus area. Aside from the convenience of the location, the hotel is very clean and modern! The front desk staff are attentive and welcoming.

Really enjoyed the overnight stay. Room was clean and very good looking. Pool was smaller than i had hoped, but only because i would have enjoyed swimming laps. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options, including biscuits and gravy, potatoes, pastries, amongst other options.

We had a fantastic stay here, on my first trip to Columbus. Katrin at the front desk went above and beyond expectations and was so accomadatibg. The rooms were in excellent condition, with the fanciest faucets of all time. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place. Convenient location to OSU. Friendly staff. Had to wait on the valet parking guy every night as he was not ready at his post. In-room coffee did not get refilled which always seems to be missed no matter which hotel we stay in.

was my 1st time to Ohio and stayed at the Hampton!! for the Arnold's.. I must say the staff were amazing!!! very help full. but one person at this location made the trip 100% was Clifford!! full of energy smiling all the time, and always put you in a great mood with his energy!! if anyone is wanting a great place to stay with fantastic staff I would give this a 5******!!!!! thanks Hampton Inn for the great time.. and Clifford you rock my friend. god bless!!
