I went to the lunch buffet with colleagues. The service was excellent. The spread was pretty good. Nonalcoholic drinks were included. Overall pretty good experience.

I loved the Blackwell. It was clean, well maintained, and quiet. The staff was all very friendly and nice. The front desk had helpful toothpaste and mouthwash which I had originally forgotten. I was surprised to learn that a large number of workers at the Blackwell were college students. They all did an exceptional job. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I will stay here again if I need to visit OSU.

I've only stayed here twice, but both times were wonderful. Nice and quiet, clean, and the workers are incredibly nice for 4 star hotel emplyees. I've met some really stuck up workers at these kinds of hotels but they make you feel welcome. I'd recommend it to anybody.

We had the conference suite. It was a nice room but the way they handled the bill was unusual. They just shoved it in under our door which seemed a little rude. It was very pretty though and had a good lay out for the room.

Great hotel with amiable staff that are willing to help you if you should need it. Comfortable rooms and a good restaurant make this the prefect hotel to stay at if you have reason to visit The Ohio State University.

I attended a wedding reception and cocktail hour here along with an overnight stay. The accommodations and staff were stellar. Valet service was top notch you sent a text message from the room and by the time you got to the lobby your car was waiting.

I visited the Blackwell with friends when attending the Ohio State game. It's the best place to stay when you're coming to a game. You're in the same place the players stay, you have easy access to all of campus, and the stadium is only a couple blocks away. If you want the full game day experience, this is the place to be. After the game you're going to be stuck in traffic if you have to leave campus, so if you can stay at the Blackwell you're going to have a much nicer experience.

While expensive, this place is definitely worth the price. The beds are comfy, everything is in good shape, the rooms are spacious, showers have good pressure and keep hot water for a decent amount of time. The continental breakfast is quite lacking, so plan on spending money if you want more than just a morning snack.

Conference services at the Blackwell are very nice. Catered lunch was well put together. Food was good. Conference room was clean and professional. Service staff were polite and attentive.

Four star hotel? What a joke! The only "four star" service was the ability to pay for nearly everything and not have it included in your stay. Parking? Nope, use the Valetfor some reason it is cheaper than parking on your own?? Breakfast? Only if you pay for it. Comfortable beds? Good night sleep? Sure, if you like sleeping on sandpaper sheets and disregard the neck and back pain in the morning after waking up every hour throughout the night.

I stayed here for free and it wasn't even worth it. 2 stars because of the free Lindor truffles on the bed.

Very friendly service. They offer to pick you up at the airport, and send you there. Food is especially delicious, and the workers mostly are students.

Spent two nights at the Blackwell. The location couldn't be better if you have business to do around the OSU campus, and downtown Columbus is very accessible via 315. Made to order breakfast is a nice touch. Room was clean and spacious. There is a shuttle ride and from the airport which is nice. Overall a very nice hotel
