Do NOT stay here. The entire area has become a ghetto with all the various "hotels". Lots of drug dealing, prostitution, daily calls to the police, no elevator, unprofessional staff. It is not worth your safety.

Today I visited this location and received the best customer service I've ever received. This location is clean and safe. The hotel itself isn't perfect but they make sure that all of the residents are well taken care of. Each room includes a full functioning kitchen that also has an oven. While I ended up switching locations the District Manager provided me with the most swift and seemless transition to the new location. I just just have to say WOW! She deserves a promotion. ❤️

Run run run do not stay here..bugs in coffee, people partying all night, they messed up our billing and over charged.. was a disaster

First off we let our mother in law who isnt very great with the internet book our room and very much so wont let her do ever again. Bad location!!!!!Our room was nice but the hallway upstairs reaked of pot smell.. We have 2 young children 4 and 1 But there was a security guard onsite who I may add didnt do a good job! Outside our room window wad a couple fighting flinging cuss words non stop at each other while 2 little kids ran around throwing rocks with no coats or shoes on! (58 out and wet from all the rain) this went on for an hour! Not once did the security guard step in he just stood right on by!!! If you happen to like to look at reviews please pick somewhere else to stay esp if you have young children! After just being here and looking at the reviews I really wish I do cause we would pick a mich safer place to stay!!!!! Stayed in room 325 on sept 2nd 2017

For the price it was fine. Very quiet, clean room. Pool looked nice. Super friendly front desk staff. If you are looking for The Ritz, this isn't it and you shouldn't expect it for what you pay. But my 12 year old and I felt safe and slept well.

I'm stay here for a month so they moved some previous bookings around to accommodate my staying so long. The rooms are extremely nice and big. I have no complaints.

You get what you pay for: a room to sleep in with no major complaints, but it wasn't very nice. The hallway and the room smelled pretty bad, but the room seemed clean other than that. The Internet was super slow. It was nice to have a kitchen, and they allow dogs with a refundable deposit. I'd prefer to spend more money and stay somewhere nicer, but it was a fine place to stay on a budget.

Terrible Experience. Dirty room, sheets, and towels at a late night check in. Told no other rooms available, but website said otherwise, and overnight staffing is inadequate. Breakfast was a joke and why bother if just a granola bar. DO NOT STAY.

yes it is remodeled and looks fine but, yes there's activity outside, yes what look like addicts and whatever else goes with that..this place smells bad right at the front desk. and in the room i had to open the window, frebreeze, disinfect, light a candle and stick dryer sheets in the ac. wiped everything down with rubbing alcohol. the mattress cover had stains all over it which they had no other ones to replace it. i put the WHOLE bedding ensemble in the hall. got new sheets and the flat sheet had a pink stain. the side table drawers had hair and crumbs in it from what i dont know. this place is nasty, flat out. i was walking down the hall and a guy behind me on the phone telling someone this place is a cesspool, i turned and said you got that right. its awful. i dont know how anyone gave this place kudos, they had to be there on some excellent night when no one was there? never again. unless you just dont care about stuff like that, pay a few extra dollars and go elsewhere.

I believe that this facility is being used for long term residency and the clientele is bringing the property down, it has improved but can use more improvement.

This is a very affordable yet very accommodating hotel! The price per night for what you get in a room and with your stay is excellent. Clean, comfortable and staffed by friendly people.
