Me and my wife have been in the E.R. now for 2 hrs after a hour the nurse came in to find out the doctor still hadn't been in. The doctor came in after 75 mins and wanted to have the urine specimen tested that had already sat a half hour. A half hour after the doctor left the room I went to the nurses station where they were just visiting about home issues and I had to let them know the doctor wanted the urine tested.Next visit like this will go to the boards attention and I will submit a bill for our combined lost wages and our insurance costs.I'm really expected more from a hospital that strives for excellent care.

I have been here for few days and every one has been so nice i cant beleave it better then family . i had my son with me and they even set him up right next to me and made sure he had any thing he needed . every one was awesome.

I don't live here and had to go to the ER for a kidney stone. Every single person I seen was beyond amazing. They were so nice and took great care of me. Amazing hospital and staff!!!

Completely dismissed with severe presenting symptoms. There is minimal wait. After 2 visits this week and being extremely ill with an incurable auto immune disorder I was shocked. The nurse was beyond rude and the doctor never came in. Apparently pain control is not a concern nor anything past bloodwork. Beyond disappointed and frustrated.

Don't have a bad stroke they can't do any thing there , they ship you all the way to Grand Rapids. What kind of hospital is it? Was very disappointed . No heart doctors on staff or what?

Excellent staff that always provides high-quality health care. Polite, empathetic and they take the time to clearly communicate with patients and family members. This is an excellent organization.

Hospital does not do surgery any more and now have travel to Cadillac or Grand Rapids.

Worst hospital experience. Dr lied to me about white blood level count. Complete waste of time! They need to take the wonderful Dr's and staff from Reed city then they would have a great hospital with people who actually care and know what they are doing!
