Friendly people, knowledgeable
I had to take my 10 year old into the hospital emergency room because he was stung by a wasp and was having a severe allergic reaction. Both my son and I were terrified, but the staff was so efficient and reassuring, they had my son feeling and looking better so quickly. I am so thankful for that little hospital in the middle of nowhere.
I was in the upper peninsula for vacation and had to go into their emergency room for chest pain and then had to be transferred to another hospital. Even though it is a small ER they had very competent, caring, and professional staff. They made me feel so much better even before they had to send me to another hospital.
Worst hospital I have ever visited
Being a medical professional for over 20 years.ive been around .my daughter was injured in a atv accident. I was told I could not be allowed "back" in the treatment area, due to hippa, and space.
I asked for an administrator, the triage nurse comes out says she is the admin on call.seriously?
Staff is rude as I have ever met,the "doctor"comes out in jeans with holes in then, looks like a bum off the street .
Stay clear of this hole in the wall.
Disgrace to professional medical providers
The ER department, was great with me today.
I was worried about what was going on with me, the wonderful Doctor, Nurse & Staff was calm & nice! The procedure, the Doctor did, made me feel better, not worried any longer & the discomfort even feels a little better!!!
I would like to say I will be back, but I'm hoping I won't need to go to the ER again! :)
Thank You so much!
This place is highway robbery over 900$ for 2 visits with insurance for a routine office visit & a shot stay away from here unless it's an emergency
Best Bandaid station in town
This is the only Hospital for 60 mile. They have a full time emergency room and very professional staff. No it is not the Cleveland Clinic, but a very adequate small town hospital.
