We rode our trike up today with an issue. So we thought we would stop and see if the could tell us what the problem was.. The staff said give me 10 minutes and we will check it for you.The mechanic came out and took it right in and found the problem.I asked if they could fix it and he said yes He explained the whole problem.So in about a hour we were on our way, plus did some shopping.And I have to say thank you to the whole crew.

Just bought my 4th bike and I am loving it. I was always given a great deal, great assistance in whatever I needed, and couldn't ask for a better staff of personnel in every department. They all do a fantastic job, and customer service is number 1.

Though I don't deal with the motorcycle aspect of it, I do deal with their gun shop on the second floor. I have found them to be fair and friendly on all transactions.

Not much southern there..hospitality wise that is..went in for a shirtladies too busy talking to someone else I didnt get a hello..can I help you..kiss my ass..nothing. I used the restroom..upon leaving someone asked how I was doingI will not returntypical Nyrude

Dropped my scoot off for service, all the service staff where super friendly and extremely helpful. My bike was done pretty quick, it was nice getting a phone call saying so. Some places haven't bothered letting me know when things where completed, but they where on top of things here. I will definitely be returning.

Brandon is one of the main reasons I continue to purchase my bikes at Southern Thunder. He's great and knows what I like. Brett was very helpful as well, he really went above and beyond and I was very appreciative. Carol in motorclothes was great to work with as well. I will certainly come back and ask for her should I need anything in that department. Audra was new in the finance area, but enjoyed dealing with her in the financing of bike and very helpful. Thanks Southern Thunder for everything!!!

If your looking for a fair price with great customer service, no hassle or BS sales gimmicks and knowledgeable fair staff/ this is the place to go in the Northeast. My recommendation is to set up a appointment with the sales staff for one on one service since its popularity keeps the staff running at 110%. Joe S and Jason know their s*it. I'm an*l about researching and testing the knowledge base of whom i buy from. I spent a week in person and on the phone with numerous dealerships and this one got my business including repeat business even if they are so far away.Disclaimer in my dealings with numerous Harley dealers I did not find one to complain about. Southern Tier Harley was simply the BEST.
