Although it's a little stuffy, even when we are the only people in the theater(very often). I like the discounts we receive with our epic card(phone number) we are avid movie goers And typically are there or some other theater at leat 3 times a week..the only issue I do have is when the lights go up. The seats are NOT something I would choose to sit and eat with my fingers on.. They need cleaning. Bad. Other than that they are under staffed.

Easy parking, clean, pleasant staff. Ok A bit stingy on the size of the refillable popcorn. Just buy the regular jumbo if you are a popcorn fan.

The employees are rude, the manager is very very unfriendly and the R policy is ridiculous food prices as well. Definitely my last choice of a theatre:((

Good theater, wish they didn't frisk you down when entering. I'm a grown man! :) Would be good to serve alcohol like every other theater (beer/wine).

This is a very big theater with about 15 or 16 screens so they get all the new releases and just about all the movies that come to theaters are shown here. The theaters all have stadium seating and they are big with comfortable seating.

I personally love this theatre. They have pretty good selection of snacks, but as with many other theatres in town, their prices are outrageous. Otherwise, pretty good place to go with family and friends.

Can't rate food. Don't go to the movies to eat! Doesn't bother me to open pocketbook. We live in a different world. If I report something needs to fixed; ie, door on bathroom stall. It is fixed. Glad they offer variety of current movies and don't have to go out of town.

Great stadium seating in a very comfortable theater. Popcorn wasn't exactly as fresh as it could have been though

it is a typical theater. it's the one we go to most of the time. They started doing something I wonder if other theaters are doing. Checking women's handbags for "security purposes". I find this an insult to my intelligence. I go into this movie accompanied by my husband with his big baggy pocket pants and a jacket with deep pockets, but they check my handbag looking for weapons? They are checking for smuggled in candy and goodies not guns.

I took my Grand Kids to the movie, Boss Baby on Monday April 3rd. There were 4 of us and my first complaint was that the tickets cost $28.50, which I could deal with because it is the normal When we bought a large Popcorn and 4 medium drinks, plus an extra $1.50 for Butter bringing the total to another $28.00 is when I couldn't believe it!!!!! How can a family Ever go to see a movie? That wasn't the biggest disappointment yet!!! As we were watching the movie the storm came through and knocked out the power____OK not their fault, but then they started the movie back with no audio and that went on for at least 10 minutes. Many people went out to ask about it so then they brought back the audio but never hit rewind so now we have missed about 20 minutes of the movie. Our money was never refunded to us or passes given to us!!!! It will be a long time before I go back again. The Biltmore Grande is close and as far as I know they don't charge for butter!!!!!! Who would do that???? At the BG theater u get a lot more for your money when it comes to snacks.. Everyone should try it, Epic needs to rethink their Management Ideas

The inspection of purses for guns!
The last time I saw a hand gun it was in a movie theater in Asheville, NC. The guys who was sitting in front of me carried it in to the movies in his pocket. And lost control of it, which means it fall to the ground and he picked up only after the movie was over.
So at the Epic theater in Hendersonville, NC they check hand bags, when I asked Why? I was told, for candy and drinks. My next trip to the movies again hand bags were being searched, I asked why? And, I was told, for guns, I asked, but what if they have a gun permit. they would allow them to go ahead. Please note if they don't have a sign that indicates NO weapons are allowed They can't just check your hand bag, no probable cause. They have no right to search a hand bag. Men or more likely to carry a weapon than a women and a men will carry the weapon on his person. I said if Epic theater is attempting to protect the public their doing a poor job. Please someone stop searching women hand bags, and people if Epic is trying to keep everyone safe they need to do a better job.

This is a very decent little theater. The rooms are relatively small and intimate. The chairs are comfortable, and the staff is polite. I don't really like being checked when I walk in to the lobby, but I can't really blame them for doing so in this day and age.

This is a very decent little theater. I'd recommend it to anyone in the area that is looking to catch a flick.
