HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wrote clear instructions to leave mayo off a sandwich because I am allergic, I even called after I placed the order online to confirm they saw the instructions. The man was rude and just kept okaying me and saying he saw it. Well the food came and what do you know it was covered in mayo! I spoke to the manager and what a joke she was! I don't know how people trust someone like that to run their business, she was beyond rude to me and then hung up on me! After I called Beyond Menu (the online ordering page I ordered their take out from) for a refund she called my job and left a nasty message for me on the answering machine saying that because I called Beyond Menu asking for refund that she will not be correcting their mistake. This place seriously needs a lesson in customer service. I will obviously never be ordering form here again. The food may be okay but the customer service was appalling! I work in customer service and would get fired if I ever treated customers this way. I hope the owners realize they need to update their management to keep customer because based on some other reviews it looks like i am not first victim of this horrible customer. Not mention I ordered while I am work for my lunch break so now I don't get lunch while I am working.

I have been waiting almost two hours for my pizza delivery and now that the store is closed We aren't even able to call to see where our pizza is. Hopefully it eventually shows up since we were already charged for the pizza. And after reading some of the other reviews I will never order from here again!

Great pizza place with plenty of seating, although I usually grab my orders to go. They also deliver if you're feeling lazy. Aside from the pizza, I'm a big fan of their grinders on a sesame seed roll.

Their Chicken Scarpiello (sp?) Is so good my favorite dish. The penne with sausage and broccoli rabe is another great dish, though I wish they didn't chop the broccoli rabe so much prefer bigger pieces. Service is always friendly and warm.

Food was delivered to me after I was home-bound from an accident. EVERYTHING was tasty, well prepared and a lovely surprise. I will definitely try this restaurant as well as order for delivery again. Thanks so much for several great meals!

Clean and well decorated. Staff polite and professional. Food exceptional, service excellent. Leo the owner stopped by table to make sure I was satisfied. Tracy was the best server I ever experienced.
