Purchased our fith wheel there and the sales process was wonderful. We were very impressed with the whole process.

On the backside things in service have been a nightmare. Promises fall through and phone calls are never returned. At this time the camper has been there three weeks and is just now getting looked at and probably won’t be fixed in time for our thanksgiving trip. This is very distracting when you live 70 miles from the dealer and they seem not to care this is your 5th trip there for the same issue. Frustrated.

Very nice showroom. Needed propane. Currently they are 14 cents higher than the nearest KOA. Turn around with class A motor home and horse trailer a little difficult but was able to make it. The staff was very friendly and helpful

These people have been so good to us and we didn't buy our RV here. With hindsight we definitely would have though.. we have a 49' fifth wheel and they installed a washer and dryer in it. Then about a month later our air conditioner stopped working properly and they considered that an emergency and got us in right away and instead of selling us a third air conditioner like we thought we needed, they found the problem was in the duct work and repaired it promptly. We can't say enough good things about Southern RV!!

Have ordered several parts from them and was able to get them the next business day of it wasn't something they had in stock. Parts counter staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This is my go to place for RV parts.

Called in October about having some service done to my camper. I was told that they were running 4-6 weeks for it to be completed. They said to bring it by on drop it off. I called to check the status after Thanksgiving and was told they were waiting on prices on material. Called back mid December and was told the same thing. I went by in late December, and NOTHING had been done. I was told they would start on it right after the first of the year. Visited them at the end of the 2nd week in January, and guess what NOTHING had been done. At this point it was raining so I asked to verify that they had covered my camper since I had a small leak. The camper was NOT covered. It was brought in their shop while I was there. Since then I have made weekly visits to see the progress. My wife and I went by in late February. The work was close to being completed, except that they had damaged the front diamond plate, the new front end was not installed correctly and they used the wrong sealant. I was told that it would be completed on the 17th of March No call and still isn't completed.

DO NOT waste your time with Southern RV for any service. Drive the hour south to another site. I have been told 4 different completion times that they have not met, been told countless excuses for why they have not completed the work and I still do not have my camper back. In my opinion, they are completely incompetent when it comes to repair work. If I could give them a 0.5 star or no stars I would. The photo is the type of work that they do this was a full front replacement and this is how it looked when they said it was done.

These are the nicest people I have ever met while looking for a camper. We purchased our first travel trailer last year and quickly realized we needed something bigger. So the search began. We have been to every dealer in and around Atlanta. We have a unique situation with financing, so I was upfront. Immediately calling them I was able to talk to the finance manager (Brad). he was able to work wonders and got us approved while others said we were wasting our time. Then he sent us to the sales manager (Jonathan). We were looking at a new unit but realized that it was out of our price range. Instead of saying ( sorry, we cant help you ) Jonathan said let me see what I can do for you. Sure enough he found a used unit that was everything we were looking for. They have done more for us than any other camper store has. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! I will be referring everyone I know here and personally will never go anywhere else. Thanks Southern RV!
