The owner Bruce is hard to like but they provide a great water and water softener salt delivery.

Always try to stay local using local business. Needed softener service so gave them a try. Waited the 10-2 appointment window no one showed up. Tech called me later told me they didn't tell him he had a service call. Tech showed up late and in a big hurry. No shoe covers etc, have wood, tile and carpet, so not a biggie, but just shows respect for the customers home since we do remove shoes when entering. He rushed to the softener, I told him I removed an item from the Venturi to see if I could make the softener work, he replaced the plug set softener to regenerate, reset program , which I have done many times then started to depart. I asked him if he was going to test the water, he then went to kitchen sink tested in seconds said water was soft, left.
Service special $49.00, time spent about 10 mins. Asked owner to call, he did so I told him my feelings. I prob will be calling Chicago or South Bend to install a new softener, not AIM Laporte.response / report this review -

Read the fine print. Any damages caused by any equipment malfunction shall be the customers responsibly to file claims with their insurance carrier for mediation. Companies damage liability shall be limited to no more than $500 The backwash hose wasn't secure and the pressure blew it out of the drain causing our basement to flood causing damage to carpet and other things no help from them at all they didn't act like they even cared not even an apologyI won't be recommending them to anyone

Customer service is apparently deadnew owner and new counter girls who gossip more than work. I found that all the business I used to do there can be done online and for less.
