This place is horrible! spent $38k on a car and they wouldn't even honor the we owe and put new floor mats in it..gave us used mats that don't even go in the car and I wound up spending $375 on husky liners.The first week we had it.it sat in their service dept for minor repairs that should have taken less than half a day to do correctlytheir service techs are very unexperienced and tore up more than they fixed.broke the main harness connector on the driver side seat and destroyed harness connector for driver seat, scraped up the driver door panel and the plastic post cover in between front and rear door on driver side when removing the driver seat, dented the passenger door on the driver side while removing driver seat, dented new door pillar trim they installed, incorrectly installed door pillar trim and we had to go back, then they cut up weatherstripping around the trim, which dealer had to order new (and i will be installing myself-these clowns aren't touching my car again), didn't perform alignment but said they checked and everything was in spec yet steering wheel was 120*** off center and alignment was clearly bad (was supposed to do per we owe)..upon complaining and having to make yet another trip back to dealer they aligned car and the printout was in the car showing how bad alignment was offcarpet padding in entire car was soaked front to rear.so I had to take entire interior out of my wife's new car as the svc department said they wouldn't strip it to dry out and search/test for leaks which they are so incompetent I wouldn't let them touch anything of mine ever again anyway (which it needed professional detailing like this anyway)..there was damage on rear spoiler that was supposed to be fixed per we owe.dealer denied repairs and was gonna fix half the damage (paint and 3rd lens was scraped so the spoiler needed to come off and 3rd brake lens replaced and spoiler correctly painted off the car).they were gonna get parking lot touch up guy to half butt touch it upI'll never shop here again.we bought car late saturday night and really shouldn't have.We've had car 3 weeks and it's been down the entire time for repairs..two thumbs down for bellamy strickland.oh and they didn't even want to give us the $100 set that includes: headphones, remote, and controller for the new aftermarket dvd player they put in the car and tried to say it don't come with it and we had to buy it! We finally got it though! Oh, and good luck to any who dare use this service center! They are horrible! I'd like my driver door panel and trim/ driver seat harness replaced that they damaged!! Doubt that will happen! Many thanks!

Tony Scarbary was spectacular! I'm extremely happy with the service and the quality and selection of vehicles. Tony had the vehicle ready that we wanted to look at but he also gave us some comparison vehicles at lower prices. I appreciate that because that let me know that it's not all about the money. I thank him and his staff for providing a top-notch experience!

We had a great car buying experience at Bellamy-Strickland. Our sales associate Cory and used car manager Jimmy we both professional and pleasant to work with. Cory was very knowledgeable and helpful. For the first time in years a car salesperson actually demonstrated the features on the car we were looking at and was able to answer every question we had. There was a good selection of cars on the lot so we had choices of what we wanted. We traveled from Florida to the area to car shop and would not hesitate to do it again next time we are ready for a new vehicle.
