We have used their overflow twice in the past two years. You couldn't ask for nicer people. We arrived after office closed and by phone instructed us where to stay and we could take care of arrangements in the morning. Very nice owners and staff. Will certainly stay again on our way to West Palm Beach if we time permits.

This is a quiet ,clean , friendly place with a convenient location to the city of cocoa and 95. The pool is perfect and the shower room and laundry facilities are top notch. The owners are very nice and super helpful. I would stay here over any of the other places in town and probably the county
