This was a great tour. Our tour guide (Ken) was very knowledgeable on the fauna and flora, and the history of the area. We saw Gators, birds (a Bald Eagle), free range Cattle in the river, & wild orchids in the cedar forest. This was tightly packed in one hour, yet it did not feel rushed. After the boat tour Ken allowed our group to handle a 3 ft Gator.. The kids loved it.

Exciting and filled with very knowledgeable guides and airboat captains. Surprisingly great for families. The captains know the swamp as if it were the back of their hands and are very friendly and professional. Expect to see some spectacular gators and swamp life, and don't expect to get wet.

We had a funny and enthousiastic guide/captain called Joe and he gave us all a great time. The water stood very high because of hurricane Irma and gave a different perspective of the area.
We didn't see any alligators but did see a few cows which was still cool. At the end you get to hold a baby alligator and get to take a picture with it. There's a funny pig called Porkchop that walks around the parking area too.

Excellent airboat experience with our family. Captain Ken made the whole airboat really interesting with so many facts about the At John River ecosystem, wildlife and impact from Hurricane IRMA.

Great facility, terrific equipment, safe and well-maintained. Knowledge guides. We had many different bird sightings and tracked several gators, plus learned about the landscape and history. Highly recommend.

Inspite of the occasional rain, it was a blast. Our guide was accommodating and quite funny. I would definitely do it again on my next visit.

Great tour! Our captain was very knowledgeable about the area and wildlife, and we saw tons of Gators! Plus, Captain Pork chop is such a good pig! Go in the Summer, and they can take you out to the flooded pastures for a great view!

It's a great experience.it was beautiful scenery and the wildlife was gorgeous. The airboat Capt was very courteous and knew the history of the area. What was really cool was he stopped and asked the passengers if anyone would like him to take their phothos.
We really enjoyed the photos session with the gator. Thanks Capt for making it happen.

We had a fantastic time! Captain Matt was personable and entertaining and the ride itself was very fun! I had previously done an airboat tour in the Everglades and this one was by far a much more enjoyable experience. The boats are easy to get in and out of, there are microphones on the headsets so you're able to communicate during the ride, and the ride was much longer than the one I went on before. I highly recommend Midway Airboat Rides and will be bringing future guests back!

Great experience! If you are in the area and are looking for a fun sight seeing trip filled with FL wild life this is it. Our airboat captain was very knowledgeable about the area and the animals we saw. Looking forward to taking another ride!

Happened to drive by and stopped to see if rides were available. Got on a ride within 10 minutes of arriving. The ride was great, saw lots of alligators, herons and even bald eagles. The captain was awesome, he knew his business and talked clearly so even a foreigner could easily understand everything. At the end you can hold a baby alligator if you want. Even the price was very reasonable. Definitely worth the money!
