Had a great experience here! Kristina sold me my first car and made me feel so comfortable! I was nervous to purchase my first car, especially because car dealers get the bad reputation of pressuring you into a sale, but I have to say, Kristina was the complete opposite! She was so patient and reassuring with me I really appreciated that! The dealership itself is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but it is beautiful and brand new! They had the exact car that I wanted. All the staff was friendly and helpful as well! I would definitely recommend going to this dealership!

We bought a "Certified" used 2016 Ford Focus from SOLOMON FORD, 502 National Pike, West Brownsville, PA. After the test ride, we remarked that the steering wheel was not centered. The salesman said he would note it on the paperwork and their service department would take care of it when we brought it back.

When we came back, the service tech insisted that we "must have hit something, because the tie rod is bent." Cost to us: $350

I'm a 2nd generation auto tech, grew up working in my dad's shop, have had my PA State Inspection license for close to 40 years, own multiple ASE certs, and have owned or managed repair shops for more than 30 years. The attitude that SOLOMON FORD displayed is PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE at best, or a BLATANT ATTEMPT AT A RIP OFF at worst.

We gave SOLOMON FORD many opportunities to correct this situation, at every turn they deflected our contention that the vehicle LEFT THE SALES LOT WITH A PROBLEM, and instead insisted that we were responsible for both damage and cost of repair. At one point, a very unprofessional General Manager told my wife "You're making me very angry!"

We had the tie rod replaced and the car aligned elsewhere (for much less than half of what they wanted).

We will NEVER return to the SOLOMON FORD dealership, and will NEVER recommend them to friends or family. A quick search of on-line reviews will reveal similar sentiments.

I wish we had researched their reputation first.

The sales staff was very knowledgeable and personable. I was very impressed with their desire to accommodate me. I was especially impressed with the general manager, Greg Solomon. He and his employees make sure everyone has a good buying experience. I will shop here again!

I had planned on trying to purchase a used truck here. Problem is some of the vehicles that they have listed online are already sold and gone. I called about one and was told it was available. Was getting ready to go look at it and checked out the Carfax. It was sold 2 weeks ago. When I called back and asked again I was told they sold it but they can show me other options. That truck is still listed today.

I was looking for a used truck in January but there wasn't really anything on the lot with my specifications but Brett Solomon took down my information & said if something came in on trade he would contact me. Three months later he contacted me & I now have the used truck I was looking for. My experience there was wonderful, nice family atmosphere. Brett was my salesperson and he was not pushy at all. Finance department got me in & out of there very quickly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle
