No communication whatsoever from the salesman. I called nearly every day for a week asking for an update only to be told either that they were still working on our deal or that the salesman was too busy to take my call and I would need to leave him a message. The last time I spoke with him, he said that he would definitely call me that day before closing whether we could come to an agreement or not. He never called. We have taken our business elsewhere and will not recommend this dealership.

Great deal on a new truck and good sevice. only bad thing there service hrs are limited if you work..no evening hrs. edit they now have evening hrs!

Purchased a certified preowned buick enclave with 18,000 miles. Salespeople were dismissive about tire pressure sensor at time of purchase and reassured me it was the cold weather. I found a slow leak from a nail in the tire at first service and dealership was rude and refused to help. Buyers beware. Buying from Crevelli was a terrible decision.

Will not purchase from them again.. After you sign on the line, don't think that you will get the service you deserve. Very poor service, After having my vehicle 1 day & reporting an issue with it, They would not fix or replace the defective item. Especially when it's certified.. ? Who looked over this vehicle, to make it certified ? Even all the front end grease fittings were completely dry.. BE CAREFUL
