  First let me state that I go to the location on university ave. and cannot speak about the other location but would assume its not much different. Well if you can't already tell by the reviews, this place has gone to hell in a handbag over these last few months. Food quality is garbage now. This blonde bartender is extremely rude and took 45 minutes to make my drink. All the while while I am waiting for my drink a woman next to me had been waiting 40 minutes for A CUP OF COFFEE. Seriously? I was blown away I had been coming here for years. Also all the waitress and cooks look so depressed and bummed to be there. Not hard to understand when I have seen this new blonde manager there berating employees right in front of customers. I however was not surprised to see how she treated employees either because I have also been there multiple times and seen the male owner treat his employees worse than I have seen some animals treated. Beware of this place and the reputation it used to have because everything this place once was is now a thing of the past and I would advise everyone to avoid this place at all cost.

  have always loved the wings, but about a month ago got 75 wings to go and they were so overcooked the meat was rock hard we could not even eat them, thought maybe they were just too busy and didn't pay attention to cooking time. Last week a friend went there for wings and told me he couldn't believe how the quality of the food had declined, and said he wouldn't go back. About 2 weeks ago we got 75 wing to go and they were good, today 05-14-2016 got 75 wings to go and a large order of fries to go, out of the 75 wings there was only 2 drumsticks (used to be 50/50mix) and the large fries was about the quantity of a small order from mcdonalds, very dis satisfied when cost with tipis around 60.00 hopefully they will make some changes in suncrest

  Love Marios usually. Tonight the waitress, Jessica, was too preoccupied with the softball players to take our food order in a timely manner. We asked for a few extra minutes to decide. We had to flag her down over 45 minutes later to put in a food order. When we entered the bar there were very few people. She even sent another waitres to check on us while she was busy flirting with players. Apparently it takes 45 + minutes to drop wings after i asked for a to go order. We left her no tip.I'm generally a very generous tipper, 20%-25%, then she confronted me on the way out. Her excuse was the patio was packedtoo bad we were some of the very first customers of the night.
