Just bought a new Ram from Rick at Solomon CJD in Brownsville. This was by the easiest deal I have ever done. He made the process smooth and was to the point. I highly recommend this dealership and be sure to ask for Rick Solomon . Thanks again!

There wasn't an option to not star this dealership. Tony Solomon is rude, tries to intimidate people, and is a piss poor salesman. I wanted to leave before I even seen the vehicle, that we had driven 65 miles to look at. As soon as he walked out, he had a bad attitude. The car was junk and he tried to down my trade in like it wasn't worth anything, BTW, my trade in is 2015 with 13,000 miles on it and is very well kept. The Cadillac we wanted to look at was filthy and smelled horrible, had to many issues to list. I wanted to leave and not waste my time. How they stay in business is beyond me.

We had a really good experience. Travis was pretty attentive to our wants/needs. Wasn't all that pleased with how long the process took and I've bought multiple new cars. It was slow and hard to keep my 1 1/2 year old occupied, my husband was working so they made us appt to sign papers (so we didn't have to wait) and we got there 5 min early and had to wait another hour, that was upsetting, none the less, we love out vehicle

If you are looking for a vehicle, Solomon has the best prices around. Ask for Chad P. He helped us and can tell that he actually cares. He is very knowledgeable, straight to the point, and is easy to deal with. We love our new truck!

You can't give a ZERO rating unfortunately. I would never EVER recommend anyone use this dealership. They are what gives car salesmen a bad reputation. Specifically speaking about Ralph. Ralph walked out upon our arrival to greet us. I explained to him what we came to look at the 2012 armada my wife found online. I added that I Talked to him on the phone the day before and he said he'd have it ready and he did so. Upon arrival it was sitting in front of the showroom "ready" as he said. Then he tried to direct our attention to the new inventory of Durangos which I explained were not suitable for our growing family. First impression of the Armada Was that it looked great as he described to me on the phone. But upon further inspection of the Armada they had for sale was not by any means ready for the lot. Dry rotted tires, dog hair between the seats. It also had a moldy mildew smell in the air vents. We took it for a test drive and it was not bad but not great. When we returned we talked to Ralph about the concerns we had and said they can be attended to. Asked for the keys for our trade for the manager to drive. It pained me to see someone I didn't know driving our family vehicle at a high rate of speed reving the engine as he sped up and down the road in front of the dealership. I guess that's how you "inspect" a possible trade in at their dealership. That really wasn't the worse part. Negotiations were short and brief thankfully. He wrote numbers down He threw some ridiculous low ball trade offer for my trade. At that point I knew we weren't going to get anywhere with him or that dealership. I told him what price I would like to see for our trade. It was reasonable. He gave me some sort of business that it wasn't worth that due to body work, tires ect. I left there very upset. He followed us out and said I'm sure this vehicle won't last long. And we drove off. Luckily we found a better vehicle at a John Sisson Nissan up the road. Less miles, better condition, an outstanding trade offer and a reasonable price. AVOID ANY VEHICLE FROM SOLOMON AUTO AT ALL COSTS!

I inquired about a 2014 Hyundai geniuses coupe and this company was hard to get in touch with! Never heard a word from anyone except after emailing them after they said they would be in contact! They do not come off any sort of price even with a cash offer! I guess they would care less to sell what they have had on the lot for 90 days (this is the max average turn around time on a used vehicle, I work for a dealership myself). Unless you can talk to someone face to face I guess it's pointless! Just a word of advice don't use autotrader if your not willing to sell or work with someone out of state. Save your money and by from someone that has good customer service and may actually work with you instead of not giving a damn!

Bought a truck from Solomon CJD in Brownsville. From meeting Chad to driving away, it was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Chad was able to get us an amazing deal! And in a truck I never thought was affordable. This is the only place I have ever felt comfortable. I highly recommend!!

Just bought my new Jeep from Chad at Solomon CJD in Brownsville. It was by far the best auto buying experience I have ever had. There were no games, or back and forth to the boss. Chad was honest and to the point. Very knowledgeable of the Jeep brand. There finance department worked with the bank to get me the payment I needed. Will be back when my wife is ready to trade up. i purchased my Ram 1500 from Solomon a few years ago and still continue to enjoy my decision on the truck and the dealership. As far as the performance of the truck, its hands down the best vehicle I've ever owned and will purchase again without hesitation. The dealership experience has been equally enjoyable. From sales to service to the friendly help from Jason in management, they have always helped with any issues I've had with my vehicle in a prompt manner. I can absolutely recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Solomon and be confident that you will be a satisfied customer also. It also helps that they have the best prices anywhere too!
