I love big bear. I have been going there with my family since I was born and now I get to take my kids. I love that they are putting in newer upgrades, but still leaving a lot of the original character. I do wish the pool was open more often than it is though.

Just visiting with my family for a party! It was fun but didn't really explore the campground. Everyone we met was friendly & helpful. We would definitely go back again but I wouldn't interested in having my own site.

Very beautiful place from spring to fall. Lots of trails in the woods to walk, lake for swimming and fishing. Usually gets pretty crowded in weekends and holidays.
    Definitely worth a visit.

Bath house very outdated. If you have a class c or class a RV and don't have a car or golf cart, you will need to unhook or rent a golf cart to get to the water park area. NO REGULAR SWIMMING POOL OR WIFI. There is WIFI at water park area. While they have about 40 vacation campsites, mostly seasonal about 3000 sites. Sites ate large and well maintained. Nice store and they sell beer. Activities on weekends, but you will need a car or golf cart to get there

This place is huge. Family oriented camping. You can see bears, and lots of deer. Very nice scenic drive to get there, and all amenities you need. I have no cell crevice there though.

I have been going to Big Bear for 35 years. It is a great family place that has a water park, a lake to fish and swim, a mini golf course, hiking trails, local territory events weekly to include bingo and Kids Day activities plus a lot more. Big Bear is an awesome place to visit.
