Trendy & friendly. The room and bathroom were very spacious, and there are good places to eat and drink downstairs.

Great hotel st reasonable prices. Very clean rooms and nice staff. It's in a great area. The rooms can be quite small but that's coming in NYC. Have stayed here several times.

The rooms are nice enough and location and overall vibe is cool. So it's 5 story hotel with no elevators and no phones in the room, there are no phones in the rooms and to contact to the front desk you text them :-/

We stayed here overnight, and had 2 rooms booked. We had an unbelievable experience from beginning to end. Accommodating, friendly, attentive and courteous staff, rooms very clean and just an all around great place. It is the oldest hotel in that area and the decor with exposed brick walls drew us in! We will definitely be returning.

The staff and place was very clean. For the money it was a great place to stay overnight. The room pictured looked a little smaller, but overall it was great.

Outstanding and prompt customer service. They went out of their way and accommodated a rather difficult request on virtually no notice. On a side note, they did not have to accommodate such a request, they could have kept money from a reservation but instead, went out of their way, and refunded money from a reservation due to an emergency. Most hotels (and I have been to many) would not have done this. Cannot speak highly enough of the Sohotel and their customer service team.

Sohotel is an amazing place to stay. The atmosphere is warm and homely, whilst the staff are friendly, informative and helpful. The rooms are adequately stocked with high quality and comfortable amenities. Highly recommend.

The room was beautiful, the bathroom had heated floors, and the staff was very friendly! The bed was very comfortable, one of the best I've been in. We also loved how close to everything you are, but that was also just the location.

Rooms are certainly different from your regular hotel, which makes the experience all the more memorable. Room was nice, beds were in opposite directions with a mini wall in between. Only one bed had view of the tv and there were a couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom. Other than that, enjoyable overall.

The rooms are great. I love boutique hotels and this one is great. Great location, I love the feel of this place. I was extremely comfortable and the price isn't offensive.

Great location, lots within walking distance and the metro. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were decent, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were a tad small but will book here when I come back to New York.
