Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, great room service and good price. In a great location to explore cool shops and restaurants. Very close to a subway staff to head towards Time Square so Greta for sightseeing. They also have a 24/7 coffee, tea and hot chocolate station too which is fabulous. Good room heating also and very clean room and bathroom.
Clean and convenient hotel. Friendly staff and free breakfast make this a good location for lower Manhattan. Twenty minute walk south to the World Trade Center memorial and the same to Chinatown and Little Italy if you go east. The rooms are small but adequate for two and there is plenty of hot water. The only negatives for a convenient getaway was the absence of a microwave and refrigerator.
Thisbis a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and large enough. The staff are very friendly, and A delicious breakfast is included to get your day started. Also there's a gym in the building if you like to continue your routine.
Close to metro stations. Over all i really enjoyed my stay there
This is not a 5 star hotel, but they have 5 star staff and 5 star cleanliness. My son and I stayed here for 3 nights last weekend, and were very happy with our choice. Breakfast was included, and had nice sit down, and grab and go options. Its not a massive selection, and it is a simple buffet with lots of excellent options. It is also located very close to 2 subway lines that run straight uptown to place like Penn station (close to Macys), Time Square, and the Rockafeller Buildings. Soho is a very short walk away.
Perfect place to get your head down when visiting New York, and away from all the tourist noise at night.
The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was cheerful and accommodating. The only minor issues were parking (4 blocks away and no valet), the locations of the ice machines were every other floor or in the basement, and the building is surrounded by very close offices so there was no view. Also-ithe bar was nice but the drinks were way over priced.
BEWARE! This hotel is a step below the grimy local motel in any city you've ever been in. I am slightly suprised they don't offer rates by the hour. Light fixtures in pieces, shower dirty, carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned or replaced in YEARS, AC broken, electrical taped cords draped across the floor, a fowl smell and AWFUL beds, lets you know this place needs a full refurbishment. I'm not exaggerating! Don't fall for the gimmick of a new name. If you're coming to the soho area there are plenty of great hotels that far exceed this one for the same or less $. As a weekly traveler, I've spent my fair share of time in dives, but this one competes for the worst. If you're looking for a very bottom quality motel, then I'm guessing you'll be fine with this place.
Very happy with my stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for exploring lower Manhattan by foot. Great food options nearby. Room was surpisingly large for a New York City hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
This was a busy hotel with small rooms that we're good enough and reasonably priced. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was kind. The dining area for breakfast was uncomfortably warm. Rooms were very quiet, especially for facing a street that feeds the Holland tunnel with all the typical gridlock and honking. Got a great night sleep.
It's an alright hotel - you get what you pay for. It's not the most up to date and the staff isn't the friendliest, but it's not bad. It's really conveniently located near public transit and plenty of bars and restaurants. Breakfast bar wasn't bad at all. Experience was probably actually a 3 star, but giving it 4 stars because of the location which is more important to be honest since I really don't spend much time in the hotel room when traveling.
Excellent clean room, good service, parking was a bit of a hassle (no guarantees parking with hotel, had to drive around for about 30 mins to find some). Room was a little small, but parents for the course anywhere in Manhatten. Add a parking garage and a slightly larger room for the same price, and it's 5 out of 5.
I always enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly and the rooms are somewhat comfy.
Do NOT stay here. Rates will change and fluctuate night to night by over $50 dollars!!! My stay was booked for $179 a night and then the next went up to $229 with no warning. Manager wouldn't even leave his office to talk to me about it. Stay away. Plenty of better places nearby
Friendly staff, spacious room, decent breakfast and close to the subway. We had nothing to complain about when visiting in January. The room was clean and bathroom didn't have any faults.
This hotel was perfect for my needs. My room was very stylish with a strong modern theme, with little sign of wear. The staff was extremely courteous and took care of any question or need that I had. Finally for being in the city the price was certainly right. I plan to stay here again on future business trips.
