Horrible experience and I didn't even buy a car. Waited for 45mins on someone to assist me, in the cold, repeatedly told the guy would be with us in a min. Noone else even offered to help us. He came over 5 mind for closing and asked if we wanted to test drive a car, then promptly told us we couldn't today cause they were closing. What?! We waited on service for that long, other agents walking around everywhere, to be turned away. He didn't want the sale very bad I guess because they won't get business from me.

Racist people, BEWARE cuidado que son ladrones y racismos.
I was there because they took complete advantage of my friend that was buying his first car. They talked him into a Used vehicle that had a Value of $3450. They sold it to him for $13450.
They added that total to the contract which was off line so it’s not that legable. After going back to this Dump of a business, to figure out the errors made. We found out that they made many error and registered a torally different car and he’s been paying on someone else’s car. After all that, she didn’t want to make changes Statung” YOU PEOPLE”
I was so angry , We decided to leave the car and not work with them to resolve the price n contract. She didn’t realize I spoke English & began to tell the others that we are stupid and that she wasn’t going to do nothing because we won’t see it. The owner of this business Threatened me because I began to speak English and let her know she is sadly mistaken. In the end she threaten to f&@$ me up. I called the police and she ended u having to give me a piece of paper that states that she took the car. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU BUY HERE !!!
They SUCK in SERVICE, BAD CARS, NO CAR FAX OFFERED, THIEVES most if all THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.response / report this review -

The first car I bought from here, the transmission dropped on the side of the highway within 2 weeks (dodge challenger). They towed it and let me pick out a new car free of charge (toyota avalon). Never had Issues except with the after market rims that were on the car when I bought it ( they were bent when I bought the car and had to replace with factory rims). I did go back a few years later and buy another car (toyota camry) which I didn't have any abnormal problems with as well. All in all, I may go back here to buy one day because the prices are reasonable especially if you buy flat out, but I will be sure to bring my mechanic with me! As far as employees: owners wife is super rude and all the employees i encountered there pretty much act like they could care less if they get your business or not. They definitely need to work on customer service in there!!!

Great place! Reasonable prices! Fast service! Not a lot of paper work which speeds the process. I'm on my 5th car from here. Upon purchasing a few of them I had minor problems but they work with you on getting the problem fixed even tho it's sold as is. Love this place! Will continue to purchase vehicles in the near future if they are still in business.

These people horrible! The customer service is dreadful. Our car is fine but every time we call or go in to make a payment they treat us like crap. Very rude and always screwing around with our amounts and deadlines due. Once they even LOST our $200 payment and required we pay it again! Absurd!

Lets be honest--you're here because you're short on options because of your credit history. I've found the cars to be quite fairly priced here, but where you'll feel it in your wallet is a relatively outrageous interest rate.
Outside of that, I've gotten two cars from them. The first one I got rid of some 50k miles after I bought it, but that's because a broken belt destroyed the engine--could have been prevented had I been more diligent. The second car has been great.
Is it possible to buy a lemon here? Yes, but only if you don't do your due diligence. Ask them if you can take it out for a quick inspection at a local shop. Come back with a list of problems and they are usually happy to fix these issues in order to secure a sale. Don't ever just buy a car outright--always get it inspected if its used.
Overall--I'd suggest them for people in a tough financial spot. Just do your due diligence before you buy and make changes in your life to avoid high interest financing places like this. But for what its worth, I've been happy doing business with them. Honest review.response / report this review -

This place is a rip off. They will sell you way over priced juck. I bought an 07 magnum from them and started to have problems within a week of having the car. I finally did some checking around on the value of the car. I found out it was valued at under 5000 bucks. They dont help you when there is a problem. I have had to miss payments because of having to repair my car. I get a phone call from them wanting money. I said what will it take to keep the car today and they said one full payment and i would not have to worry about them coming after it. So i made the payment an the guy said i was good to go and would be taken off the list. Well lets just say they came and got my car the same night i made the payment. They are now trying to get more money out of me since they already stole my car. This is not a good place to buy a car unless you want to be lied to and treated like crap. Dont do business with them. Im on a mission to have this place shut down. You want to sell lemons start a lemonade stand.

Had my car for a year & a half no major problems I pay my payments which is the only interaction I have with them no complaints however when I went to buy my 13,000 dollar car the guy who sold it to me acted like he could care less if I got it or not & left before I even made the deal & had some other guy deal with me so hopefully the guy who closed the deal got the commission. Oh but they only had 1 alarm button & for as new as it was they should have 2.

Do not ever but from these people. I purchased a Suv at the end July 1 week after I had the truck and it started knocking so I called and they said change the oil and it will stop. They had told me when I purchased it they had changed the oil but then they said no we only look at it to inspect it we do nothing else to them. so a few weeks went by and the noise never went away I called again and explained this but it was my problem because I had it so long. when I said no I called in about they had said no I did not. and to call there shop. I did and it would take them a few weeks to get it in so I decided to take the truck to a few different shops each outcome was the truck needed a new motor. after a few weeks of being afraid something would happen if drove it to work and on my way home the truck started to shake I thought it was a tire but they were fine. the next morning I started it up let it run but it started smoking so again brought it to my shop I was told the truck would blow up any time and even driving it 5 miles it may break down. so I left it at the shop and told them to come get it, if they could repair the issue I would be will to pay my account in full and take the truck back, the owner was suppose to call me within a week but instead sent a letter saying they will try to resell the truck and what ever it does not sell for I have to pay back. I have all documents of my claims when I contacted them there answers and all paymemts. so I do not plan on paying them any more money as I was scammed already for a nice amount. so do not try to buy from here they do not even know what condition vehicles they sell. go to a place where your business is appreciated your respected and not cussed at and you have a reliable vehicle not a scrap yard pile of junk.
