One of my drivers was on I-95 and hit some debris in the road. The vehicle had a few flat tires and cracked rim. I called Owen Ford and was routed to the service manager. He help me get the vehicle towed and got my driver on the road quickly. Great service can be hard to find these days and if I lived in the area this would be the place where I purchase and service my vehicles.

I just took delivery of a 2016 Ford Explorer from Owen and as a matter of fact my family has been doing business with Owen Ford for over 40 years. Owen gives honest deals on new and used cars, the Service Dept is top notch and I've found customer service to be paramount. If you ever do business with Owen you'll never go anywhere else!

Fantastic staff in service department! During our travels from NJ to Florida our car had problems that required some bolts to prevent the engine cover from dragging. The receptionist, manager, mechanic were top notch and we were given excellent and fast service. The staff was great and quickly and effectively fixed the plate under the car, and a few minutes later we were on our way again. If I lived in the area this would be the dealer and service center I would highly recommend. What a pleasure it was to have such excellent service!

The parts department is always dedicated to answering all of my questions and listening to my concerns. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and feel very comfortable with the work being done to my vehicle.
