The food I ordered was quite tasty but the smoke in the place was really unbearable I had to keep breathing into my scarf. There's a entree that's called the smokehouse(I think) & it actually does smoke up the place, like I don't think it's healthy to breath all of that. Other than that it was good, the service, the food and the ambiance there was great, unfortunately, I won't go back because of the smoke.

Just wanted to let everyone know how awsome the bartender Anthony is. I come often, almost 3 times a week, and it is always a great experience. His drinks are amazing. He is very friendly and the service is impeccable time and time again. Best bartender I've had to date. Definitely returning soon. Thanks again Ant.

Really good experience. The food was inexpensive with a great taste. I don't normally eat beef but I decided to have the "Build Your Own" 1/2 LB Premium Beef. I replaced the bun for the garlic toast. I added cheddar cheese and garlic mayo with a side of fries. As an appetizer, I had the garlic wings. Although everything tasted pretty good, the fries and wings were greasy. The server was nice and helpful as well. The environment is also family friendly. For my drink, I decided to try their blackberry lemonade; it was so delicious (free refills if you're wondering). I would definitely come back.

Had a poor experience, wrong food, waitress argued that my order was correct. I ordered leg quarter but was served breast and wing. Asked her to correct the order several times. My daughter ordered the ribs, when her order arrived the plate looked as if it had been picked over. We had to ask for a manager. My daughter decided not to eat. We had to go to a different establishment to order her meal. Very disappointed

I had the best experience ever at this location. My waiter Chuck really made sure that me and my guest enjoyed ourselves at this location. Our food and drinks came out in on time. We didn’t have to wait on anything. Hey knew what we needed before we had to ask. He was the best server I ever had. I will come back and only ask for Chuck. My friend was pregnant and wanted to feel included in our drink session and he brought her out a Fancy strawberry lemonade to make her happy. That’s good customer service.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Me and my wife came there TWICE and was NEVER seen by a server. The first time we came, we sat for 20 minutes with no greeting from ANY server. Just a bunch of employees that walked by, looked at us, and kept going. AND IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY!!!! Opting to give the place another shot, we came back, stood at the hostess stand along with about 5 other people, and again, NO ONE came to attend to us. After we left, the others followed suit. I am a CERTIFIED CHEF by trade and customer service is a enormous priority to me. Smokey Bones will never be burdened with my patronage again.

Last time I was here bathroom was trash! We all walked out and decided not to stay. Today we walked in and instantly smelled the clean smell. While waiting to beseated the greeters asked us to review. They more than deserved it. Haven't eaten yet but I already see the difference from last time

My experience at smokey bones lithonia was amazing. Me and couple of my friends came in around 10 pm and was greeted with smiles and worm welcomes. Once the host sat us our server greeted us in less then 1 minutes and introduced himself. Not only did he introduced himself he also gave us a quick tour through the menu and told us about some of his favorite drinks. Through out the night we had a amazing time with great services. I have been recommending this place ever since. Thanks Chuck for giving us a great experience. See you again soon!!!

Came on Sunday night with my friends and kids. I hadn't been in a while because the last time I was there around Easter I was told the wait time would be an hour and a half So we left. Sunday around 11 of us came and to my surprise I was told 10-15 mins. We were seated in 10 food out in 20, we were in and out in an hour. Food was hot, service was friendly and I watched the manager standing watching the restaurant like a drill Sargent. I was thrilled. Great turn around guys. I can't wait to come back. Keep it up guys!

We did not have a good experience in this visit. We came here based on a recommendation from someone in our group. We had a large party of 10, and there was a bit of a wait to get seated. Understood. We were told 25 minutes initially, and then were told that due to shift change it would be an additional 25 minutes. We decided to wait because our alternative was longer. Once seated our server got our drinks and took our food orders. After checking several times as to how much longer our food would be we were told repeatedly just a few more minutes but nothing came out. We decided to leave ultimately and did not stay for our food. It could have been better communicated what the delay was with our food, or perhaps at least offered to bring out some of the meals that should have been ready such as the kids that were with us that had very basic orders. It wasn't as if the place was at capacity. Several people were seated after us and served before us.

They don't except reservations and if you have a large number of people that's dining they have to all be presented at the time of sitting. Also if more people come they will not accommodate the extra people, they have to sit at another table. The food and service was just okay. The selection was limited yet has a modest price tag. Overall it was fine for anyone with a small family or date night but I wouldn't recommend this place for any group outings or birthday events.

Best service I've ever received since I've been going there. Vegas was my server and she went above and beyond. The manager even stopped by to check to make sure we were good and she asked us to review Vegas for her. The vibes here were so friendly I can't wait to come back next week!

Tonight Drake was my sever. He is AWESOME! It's been a while since I've been to a restaurant and had no issues or complaints. Drake was friendly and very attentive, he checked on me regularly to make sure that I was good. At his suggestion, I ordered the combo meal of Chicken Breast. Sausage, baked beans and mac n cheese. Everything was delicious. Definitely keep Drake on your staff.I wish more servers would follow his lead. Kudos Drake!!!

My fiance and I dined in 3/21/17, and were served by Micah. This young man had the BEST and most pleasant service we have experienced at a restaurant in a very long time. The food was awesome, the hostess was sweet, and the restaurant was clean. We were VERY pleased with our visit. We live about 40mins away from here, but we will definitely be back!

This an Amazing restaurant I can't get enough I drive big rugs so when I come in to town on home time It's a must to come and dine at least twice before I head back out. There is always polite staff and very Knowledgeable about the menu and always recommending specials and their favorites I also like how my drink never is Empty and I don't have to look for my waitress.
Oh and I can't forget the ever present Manager Tessa so sweet and kind very helpful if any issues arise but of course I have to say I can't remember that there's been any issues. Over the last several months this is by far my Top 2 favorite restaurants in the country great fun and I can't imagine spending my home time dinners anywhere elseresponse / report this review
