  Smitty's is nice, I assume it's somehow related to Russell's It's got some nice stuff to choose from for most people, it's mainly boots or at least half boots. They sell Q baby jeans, and as far as I know they are the only ones that sell them in the lake City area. Actually, IMO place only place to get actual jeans in this area.

  The store is huge in the back! It has everything you need in cowboy/girl attire; it even has an area for children.

  I had to give one star to review the store but wish I could have given none!!! Rude rude rude 3 young clerks not helpful chit chatting whole time and just pure snotty. I brought in 3 kids, myself and my husband for new boots was about to drop close to $1000 on just boots but they had no selection and were extremely rude, watching the whole time like we were gonna steal the entire store and kidnap them too!! Will never go back and will not refer anyone.

  I love going there and getting my rodeo, and western shirt's. And even special ordered chaps, and getting my boots hats and a whole lot of other stuff.

  Awful experience. I am temporarily in LC for work and I have been a customer for months at this store purchasing clothes and accessories. I actually had a great experience until today. The way I was treated was unacceptable.
  Knowing they are a Costa sunglasses dealer, I came to the store today. I have an email from Costa requesting me to go to a dealer to try a different model and provide them with the #. I was honest and straight up with the owner when I presented myself and explained him the situation, and that I would like to try sunglasses but not purchase. He was so rude and told me that I am wasting his time. he walked away in the most arrogant and disrespectful way in front of other customers and his staff.
  I will never go back to this store and will let everybody know of my experience.
  Please make sure you are purchasing if you even want to go there, if not be ready to be mistreated.
