The best car buying experience I've ever had. Great staff, great prices and red carpet treatment! Recommend them to anyone and it is even worth the drive if you aren't local!

Big Sis review- "So the little Sis needed a new car. We drove down to Lake City from Valdosta. Roundteee-Moore Nissan was the second dealership we went to. The salesman Luis Paganini told us that they would be our last because he was going to get us in a car. He did not disappoint. We came in for a used vehicle and left in a brand spanking new 2017 Nissan Sentra! The sales manager Bryan Wachob went above and beyond to earn our business. He not only gave her the car under the advertised price but he also gave her another discount to make sure she was financed. They made sure we were comfortable through the entire process and even offered the kids snacks. It was a great experience. I suggest anyone who is looking for a car to check here first. " And Saturday's are FREE LUNCH!!!

Best car dealer I've ever dealt with.
Zero pressure, too buy. This is not a sales pitch. Swing by Roundtree Nissan look around. They'll not hound you to buy. More like if you see a vehicle you like, they'll show you the ins and out of the car or truck. Price? They gave a great price to begin with. Doing research and going to other Nissan dealers Roundtree more then beat the prices. They treat you like a long time customer. They'll not leave you after you buy. I had the best experience! My sales man was Timothy Camiel. He made sure that I left a satisfied buyer! I'm in love with my car and if anyone was to buy a car, he would be the guy!!

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience Rountree Nissan. The dealership was clean, the staff was courteous and on this Saturday even provided lunch for the customers. No pressure and never felt rushed during the process. I felt the salesperson went above and beyond to explain all the new safety features of my new Armada which I absolutely LOVE!!!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

Absolutely amazing experience. I came in not knowing what I was really wanting but the staff here helped me find the car that was perfect for me and did everything they could to help me walk out with a brand new car. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

I have been very disappointed in the service department twice. Never have I received such poor customer service from a dealership's service department. When I go there, I do not feel valued as a customer. Such a disappointment. I will have to find another dealership in the surrounding area because I refuse to be treated in such a way. I recently moved to Lake City and had wonderful experiences with the service department of the former Nissan dealership I frequented. I doubt the GM is aware of how the service manager and his staff are treating customers.

The new people there are very rude with terrible fake smiles, I went for a simple oil change! I ALWAYS get conventional oil only to find out that the last time I came in they gave me a synthetic blend, which they did not charge me extra for, only for me to get charged an outrageous 50 something dollars with a side of attitude at my confusion to this very different from usual price, not only this, she didn't offer anything that is always offered at rountree Moore, and when I was still upset about they price she offered to take off 10 dollars only to threaten to take it away!
