I've tried this new one in Lake City a few times. Never have had a good experience. First of all a donut place NO cinnamon rolls really. Not much to choose from. Very slow. Next time was out of CHOCOLATE ice cream really. Took forever and the dining area was not clean and staff was in back visiting while customers were waiting. Won't go back. Three strikes your out.

My first time actually staying and eating after purchasing my food.The customer service was good only exception was the fact the lobby floor was filthy wile service was low and employees and management were sitting / standing around talking. I understand when there is not much of a crowd late it's hard to find something to do come on. Everything els was good but the crumbs all over the floor, dirty balled up napkins, and pulled out chairs was a big distraction from the chill environment I was going for. The food was good as always hopefully better experience next time.

Sick of getting chewy, raw tasting bagels. I ask to toast and it never is, no matter how many different ways I ask. I want toasted bagels!!! Ridiculous.

As a Veteran who came with a group of Veterans we were treated like royalty. Not only were we giving, yes giving, donuts we were awarded coffee and ice cream as well..Thank you guys so much for your appreciation and love..excellent place.

Very clean, quiet , and the sttaf are really friendly and professional. We enjoyed our breakfast there it is such a cozy place. A bid shout to the manager Casey , you guys rock ! Keep it up !

Update.
5-27-2017

First, it took quite a few minutes to get someone to wait on us at the ice cream counter.One table of customers already here and a man with his Laptop working at the stand alone high table, not sure if he worked here or was doing business.

Then what bothered me is the girl telling us that they don't have chocolate dipped waffle cones because the chocolate meltsREALLY, no kidding. Just be honest you don't have any. So it is posted right above waffle cones, then chocolate dipped waffle cones, then fancy waffle cones.

But hey they don't have chocolate dipped cones because the chocolate melts.

I wonder if they realize ice cream melts and might stop having that.

We went there just for the ice cream so don't know about the donuts. I was really surprised by the lack of options for the ice cream flavors. The one milkshake cost more than the three other orders together. Over priced and not all that worth that price. When we were there, there was a couple in the sitting area where it looked more like some chairs, maybe a couch but no table I could see. These people were spread out and hanging out. Next thing I know they are emptying trash and doing some work. So I thought they were employees. No outfits though. So as I watched, they seemed to just hang out, go in the employee areas but friends of the employees not actual workers. I just was a turn off to see them going in and out of employee areas, handling trash then going behind the counter touching stuff after seeing them handle the trash but without washing their hands. If they were employees maybe they weren't on the clock but still handling the trash then walking back where the found is being handled and hands unwashed. It just seemed like the employees there were not impressive. They didn't seem to care to be there. Maybe it will get better, we'll see. We were not impressed though.

If you could put no stars I would. It took 10 minutes to get service we were the ONLY customers there. Then the ice cream was so soft out banana split was half melted before we could eat it. They had no chocolate syrup for on it so the guy put hot fudge on it. And instead of each scoop having one topping he put the toppings long ways. Then forgot the whipped cream, nuts, and cherries. Then when he did our it on after we asked about it. It was a VERY SMALL amount. Talked to the manager afterwards. He said if he makes it colder the girls can't scoop the ice cream. Sorry about that. Nothing about no chocolate syrup. I'll NEVER go there again.

Just don't even waste your time. I paid $4+ each for milkshakes for my kidsTwo chocolate one vanillaWhat I got was two chocolate milks and one white milk. I got a coffee said no sugar and I got a coffee with a mouth full of undisolved sugar at the bottom. Sent the coffee back said just put caramel and coffeeThey send it back to me with the caramel syrup all at the bottom and creme in it.

If I could rate this lower I would but whatever. I've been to this location twice, once around the time it first opened and the second time today. Both times they've gotten my order wrong. Also for some reason as we were looking at the menu, a worker just randomly came on the speaker with "how about a machiatto?" and some other unintelligible offers on random items. We had literally just told the original speaker that it would be just a minute until we ordered. That's not gonna help me make a decision faster. I guess the half inch of pure sugar at the bottom is normal, that's not really my issue. My drink tasted pretty gross, almost like the milk was going bad and even though I asked for vanilla I could barely taste that. My boyfriends drink tasted like an iced coffee (what mine was supposed to be) with just a shot of espresso added. The shots tasted bad too. I also ordered a donut because it looked really good on the menu. Not so much when I opened the box. It tasted kind of freezer burnt.. I figured I would give this place a second chance but I was just as disappointed as the first time. Workers are just kind of there, I feel like they don't care about their job or the quality of their product. I'm not a coffee or donut expert, and it's not my intention to seem like one. I've been to other Dunkin Donuts, and this specific location is just totally lacking.
