  I had taken my car to FOUR other repair shops for the same thing and Smitty's was the only place able to figure out the problem. Thank you Smitty's!

  My daughter had a valve stem pressure sensor replaced on her tire. After getting some estimates from some tire store's including smitty's it was going to be around $70. We decided to go with smitty's because she had a gift certificate. After they were done it was almost a $100. The old valve stem was made of mettle, but the new one is made of rubber. Not the OEM replacement we were expecting. Also the wheel cover had a small crack on it, now it has a large crack and has been moved to a different tire. When asked about the price difference he said the sensor was $70 by itself. After doing a little research we found we could have gotten 4 valve stem sensors (mettle) for less than they charged for 1. I understand about markups but wow! I feel that they took advantage of a young inexperienced girl. We wouldn't use them again or recommend even with a gift certificate.

  I was there in about August 2016. I had an unknown thump from rear of Jeep, and was allowed to drop it off without an appointment. Your qualified mechanic diagnosed, and repaired my Jeep by the next morning. I tell people regularly about service received from your business.
