Horrible service, they lied about the alignment procedure, couldn't even give me the printout from the machine, I got some excuse about the memory of the tool. They also replaced ball joints and destroyed the spindle in the process, said to go somewhere else to get that fixed. I'm not sure how they still stay in business. Pay extra to go somewhere decent and competent.

I was at a restaurant and a man who said he worked at this company was extremely rude to me and my family. I'm not sure why you would be rude to people in public and then tell them where you work..it is a guarantee you will most certainly lose business. After I read the other reviews on here, I can see that they treat their customers exactly the same. This employee apparently was listening to the conversation at our table the entire time and then proceeded to make judgmental remarks about our conversation that had absolutely nothing to do with him. We own a business also and we are extremely focused on customer service and we treat people like we want to be treated. This employee made it obvious that he was a racist and I can see by the other reviews that some of these potential customers have interacted with this man before. He also threatened the well being of another patron in the restaurant and no, he did not appear to be intoxicated so obviously this is his persona and personality. Truly sad that, in the year 2016, people remain so shallow with the intent to hurt. I thank God that I have dealt with enough of these people to build up a strong personality to not be personally affected by these bigots. I do pray that God blesses his family since they have to deal with this man on a daily basis. If I could, I would give Zero stars. Take your business to these people if you choose to but, as for me, I believe that, if you will treat someone like this in public and show your true colors, why would you treat me any different as a customer. In fact, as far as I am aware, you could charge me even more and do a poorer job strictly because of my race. I am a doctorate level therapist who interacts with many, many people weekly. I will be sure to save my friends, family, and clients from wasting their time and hard earned money on these racists by spreading the truth about this employee, which is an extension of this company.

I was told to go rent a wheel. Go figure I was an Africa American in a extoic care one of the guys at the desk did even speak bad service for a man of color guess they are playing into the system. If I could I would have gave them a negative star

Excellent service, even better price. I am very happy with the tires I got at the price I got them and the amazing service it came with them! I'll definitely recommend anyone and everyone to go to Smith Tire.
