This dealership was super clean and enjoyable. I came in on a Sunday to look at a vehicle, near closing time. Ron was super friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured during the visit whatsoever. Ron helped me save about $2500 and got me a vehicle to drive home the same day. I would recommend everyone to this dealer and to Ron specifically.

Want to start this off with a positive nod to the Valdosta Toyota sales team and their polite attitudes; the gentleman who helped me was a veteran. Very polite and informative. Worked with us to get the price we wanted on a lease. Two years later we tried to return the lease. We understood that terminating the lease early would mean paying it off in addition to a termination fee.

We spoke to a Mr. Bob Dillon and left the keys and vehicle with him. Two weeks went by and we called to inquire about progress on the "appraisal" he informed us of. He then told us that the car was gone as we had "voluntarily repossessed" the vehicle. He gets extremely rude with my wife, who was just asking what that phrase meant, before getting on the phone with and accusing me of "trying to pull something." We argued for a minute before hanging up and I prepared for the worst.

We decided to speak to someone else at the Toyota Finance office and got it all cleared up and they reassured us that the guy didn't know what he was talking about. Two weeks later we closed the account and we're rid of the car, no thanks to Mr. Dillon.

Anyways I'm just going to finish with this: Mr. Dillon was incredibly rude by yelling at my wife and cutting her off/accusing me of potentially being a scam artist, and is the reason we didn't purchase our next vehicle from this dealership. You as a consumer/supervisor of this man deserve to be aware of his poor attitude and phone etiquette.

My salesperson, Kathy, was absolutely amazing!! In less than an hour she had me approved and had different payment choices for me to choose from, all within my range!! This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had and I have had quite a few. I left with the car I wanted and no added pressure. I am really happy with my experience at Valdosta Toyota and having Kathy as my salesperson!!

Ten year customer of VT, purchased two cars. I came in for service with a baby and a toddler. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time and the service workers were pleasant. However, the bathrooms don't have a wall changing table and no designated area to take care of a child. While the "kids section" was once maybe a fun place for kids to wait while parents buy a car or get their car serviced, it is now old and worn out, without anything to actually do. For a dealership who prides itself on being a "family dealership" where you can "bring the whole family, even the dog" it's actually not very family friendly at all. Definitely leave the family at home!

The service here was amazing. I was driving away from hurricane Irma and experienced a flat. Steve Cole came to my hotel and changed out my tire. Then once at Toyota, he took great care of my car and made sure my two toddler boys were occupied and happy while we waited. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Kathy from Internet Sales, was awesome. She laid everything out in a straight forward fashion and got me into a vehicle that fit my needs at my price point. I would recommend them to anyone on base. I sent my friend over there recently and they got her into a used car with a great deal.

Excellent customer service. Collision center did a superb job fixing my Toyota Highlander. Service center always does great when changing my oil and rotating tires. I couldn't speak more highly of them. They are great.

My experience was amazing!!! Between Alex making sure we had everything and being right there by my side every ste of the way in case I had any questions!!! The managers and the employees are awesome!!! Because of Toyota in Valdosta Ga I am now driving a totally awesome car!! And I will be recommending everyone I come across with to them!!

Words can't express the gratitude my son and I share for the outstanding service we received from Ron and Dustin during our visit at Valdosta Toyota.
