I was so lucky to have found Walker’s Auto Repair! I am a student at VSU who is not from Valdosta, so along with the stress of my car showing signs of trouble came the stress of not knowing where to get my repairs done as well. My parents told me to take my car here based on the reviews left, and I’m so glad they did. The customer service at Walker’s is impeccable. I’ve been back again since my first repair, and will return for any other future services needed. I hope this review helps other students as well!

Judy is fantastic, she gave me the lowest price for everything and really helped me out a lot when my car broke down just before I had to go home from college. She recognized that I was a student and did everything she could to help me!

Great service and very friendly. Took my car in and the very next day it was fixed. Kept me updated and the price was right and seemed very fair. I recommend this repair shop over any in Valdosta. 10/10

If there were more stars I would give them. This business and the people behind it are amazing. Out of towners on our way to vacation, feared the worst, to our surprise it was very minor. Judy Walker, the owner is fantastic. Lee Barela, her mechanic is fantastic. True people of faith and I believe we were meant to cross paths. Couldn't recommend them any higher !!

Our truck was having problems so we got it over to the shop. It was a simple fix and I like how they remained honest and didn't take advantage of our lack of knowledge of this easy fix. They could have easily said it was a bigger problem and I never would have known any differ. It's good to have people you can trust in your time of need. Thanks walker's auto we need more auto shops like yours.

Simply Amazing! These Rockstars came through with very little notice. They stayed late to accomodate my schedule. Owner personally went to pick up special parts/tools at Fed Ex. I am moving overseas & have to ship my car next week. Highly recommend their business, Customer Service is incredible. Special thanks to the Owner (Judy) for the first class service! You saved me!

Before I describe the shop experience let me first explain what my situation was:
My car had broken down on the side of the road in the pouring rain. I looked at the reviews for Walker automotive online and was really impressed with how high it was, so I decided to tell the tow truck to drop me off there. I had arrived to Walker automotive 30 minutes before their scheduled closing. The lady behind the counter and the mechanic both decided to stay until my car was fixed (well over an hour after their schedule closing). Additionally, the woman behind the counter got in her personal car, drove to get the supplies needed for my car to get worked on, and waited in the office until my car was repaired. I later found out that the woman who waited on me behind the counter was the owner, Judy Walker. This is the best service that I have ever gotten at any automotive place that I have been to. I highly highly highly recommend them. Thank you so much Judy!

I absolutely love this place!!! Ms. Judy was so nice and very helpful. She had someone take a look at my car and he was very honest as well. Support a female owner business. I will DEFINITELY come back again!!
