The gentlemen was very welcoming upon my arrival and was very thorough to offer additional services that he highly recommended including to advise what would cost additional money up front which I greatly appreciated. They had my car serviced in and out within 2 hours which I was very pleased with since I did not have an appointment that day. The employees there are very nice and informative. I always look forward to having them take care of my cars needs.

Beware of dirty sales tactics! My first experience buying a car from them was good, so I figured why not go back and do repeat business. I will never go back to this place again. The salesman would not give me an exact price on a 2018 Colorado, he just kept saying we will work on a deal for you and before i knew it the truck was now 44,000 and they did a hard check on my credit without my authorization and I never had agreed to do the deal. I felt pressured and mislead. A manager had called me and said he will try to make things right and said he would call me back. Guess what? of course no return call. I have referred people to them before but never again. Be careful of these guys.

Just purchased a Silverado from this place.. Alfredo gave us great service.. He greeted us and made the process super easy.. He took the time to show us all the details on our new truck and even though our paperwork was processed by Matt, who is also awesome, Alfredo did not forget about us and would come over and check to see if we had any questions.. I Highly recommend this place.. Thank you all!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Chevrolet Riverside. It was the first car I saw on my day of shopping around, but I still wanted to check other places to be sure. I could not believe the lack of customer service that was given to me elsewhere. A huge factor into why I came back to Ricerside Chevrolet was due to how well we were treated. It felt like we were sitting in our own home. Albert truly made us feel like he wanted to make sure we were taken care of and never once tried to "make a sale." They are not snakes and will do their absolute best to make you feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend!

My experience purchasing a car at Riverside Chevrolet was nothing short of top notch. Everyone that we encountered and dealt with were very friendly, courteous and professional. This is my second time buying a car at the same dealership but under a different business name. The folks working at the dealership made my wife, me and my baby son’s experience a nice and enjoyable experience. I for one appreciate when our business is appreciated. In my opinion, that is how it should be. To the team at Riverside Chevrolet I want to personally send a thank you for caring about my experience buying a car there that you all rolled out the Red Carpet for me and my family. Your efforts did not go unnoticed. If in the future I am in the market for another vehicle I will be sure to swing by and see what you guys can do for me. I would recommend the service department to everyone, they were better than 5 stars!, They were fast, friendly , courteous and had my car done within hours, no hassle, no issues. Evan was a great guy, who listened to my issue, and took care of it right away. When I do buy a new car, I would definitely go here.

Best deal anywhere on a diesel Colorado! Very friendly and no pressure from the staff. I usually hate having to going through the chore of buying a vehicle and taking a whole day to get it done, but Riverside CHEVY had me out of there in about an hour and a half. What a great place to shop or just check out all the new models.

I think all these positive reviews are entered by the people who work at this place. They replaced an oil pan gasket and I didn't even need one, --heaven forbid at $140 an hour for labor that the mechanic would advise a customer on something they didn't need. They also put 6 quarts of oil in the car when they refilled it and my capacity is 4.5 quarts. I had to pay someone $50 the next day to drain out the overfill. The service writer was also completely ignorant, I mean I could do his job if that's the level of knowledge required, and their cashier has a snotty bitchy attitude, and is barely competent herself.

Excellent! I was running late from work for my service appointment and they were still very courteous and patient with me. James Wood was my service advisor and he was helpful and efficient. The gentleman who performed the service on my car (I apologize, I did not catch his name) was also great and actually pointed out that I did not need the smog check I thought I needed. I also received a ride from the shuttle driver who postponed his lunch hour temporarily for me so I could get home. Can't say enough about this experience.

Great experience from beginning to end. Ask for Rob Mazzella! Very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk too, no pressure salesman. Will get you the best deal possible, no nonsense. Best car buying experience to date! Good Job Riverside Chevrolet!

**5/20/2017 UPDATE**( Brought car in for service, and again Stellar Service!! Steve Edwards the service advisor is awesome! The drive is worth it, the service is the best! Keep it up! Thanks again, I will be back!!)*** Best experience ever at a dealership!! I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze and it was making a squeak in the motor at idle. I read online it is a big deal as a gasket had to be replaced and I was told at another dealer that it would take all day to repair. I decided to take it to Riverside Chevrolet and I am really happy I did.
Instead to taking all day it took the mechanic 30 min. The mechanic also took the time to talk to me and tell me what he did and what the problem was. Great service! The mechanic was very knowledgeable and courteous as well as the Service Advisor.. Chris Price
I have taken cars to dealers for over 25 years and this was I would say the best!!
