Irvin was really nice and helpful went in looking to get a Mazda ended up getting a Honda Civic. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get good deals and service on cars.

My wife and I stopped by on 12/09/17 to browse for a new car, as our 2004 Honda Accord was getting too old and too cramped for our growing family. We started checking out a couple cars on the lot before Irvin came out to assist us. We told him that we were mainly just browsing and were in no rush to buy a car. He was very helpful and not once did we feel pressured to buy during our visit - he even brought us some water for us to mix a bottle with for our 4 month old son, and was very patient as we couldn’t walk too fast while feeding him. We did actually settle on a car they had available (it was a great deal!) and went to his office to work out a deal and get the paperwork handled. The whole time, Irvin and Caesar were extremely patient and understanding while our tired son decided to have a mini meltdown in the office. Once he fell asleep, we were able to make a deal and get the documents drawn up by David, who was effiecient and quiet while he explained our paperwork. The guys even found a little toy for our son, topped off our NEW car with a full tank of gas, AND Irvin even helped us move our stuff out of our old car and into our new one! This whole ordeal took a grand total of about 4 hours, if that - which is MUCH faster than we’ve dealt with in the past on our older cars!
The entire team at Riverside Nissan made us feel welcome during our visit, and Irvin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thank you!response / report this review -

Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Working with Alfonso was a great experience and he made the whole process very simple. We were able to secure a great deal and drive away with a perfect family car. I 100% recommend this dealership and have Alfonso help you out on your next visit.

Johnny and Jorge are the best! Really nice and welcoming. No pressure when purchasing my new vehicle. Called days later to check in and make sure everything was good and that i was still happy with my purchase.

It was wonderful, when I got to the Nissan dealer, Jay Candela greeted me with a smile and was very polite and sweet. Jay helped me to the extreme, he went above and beyond to help me get my car. It was the best experience ever, Thank You.

Great dealership!
I have to admit, I almost didn't get out of my car when I first got thereit was a hot (HOT) day and a few salesmen were standing out front in the shadeit almost felt like I was going to be bombarded (almost like a gazelle accidentally finding the lion's den), but luckily, Michael Stratton greeted me and put me at ease.
Mike was very professional and helped me look at a few 370Zs. We took out a Sport Tech model for a test drive, but I had my mind set on a particular one that was in the show room (yes, indoorsAC!).
He and Cesar were very helpful and made it possible to get out of my previous car that was severely underwater and into a brand new Z!
Oh and Susan (in Finance) had the neatest F&I office I had ever been inno stacks and stacks of paperwork, simply a clean and functional office!

Went in for a service and while it was getting done we decided to look around not planning to get a car. We had questions about a 2017 Nissan Rogue and Irvin was very polite , answered all our questions . We weren't pressured into purchasing the car. He was very helpful and understanding and we didn't take a long time. Thank you Irvin and Nissan of Riverside ! Very pleased with the Rogue we went in for a service and came out with another Nissan Rogue.

They changed the price on me 2 weeks late and re did the contract , I didint know I could of choose to get my car back or else I would now I'm paying more than what was first agreed on , and now my credit score went back down to I just started all over , I didint feel in goodhand and wish I would of never purchased. Not happy with my car for what I'm paying . 2 CONTRACTS , one with a deal and the other with a scam . NEVER WILL DO BUSSNESS WITH THEM AGAIN . It's not a win/win situation. Situation so I'm done with dealerships . I only got a Sentra because they said my payments would go down along with interest , use to pay $582 for a si civic Now I pay $623. , just a heads up for anyone with not much experience in dealship situations , I was never given an option to except the contract or take my car back . Don't go in thinking they are on your side . I wish the owner could at least see this , I walked in riverside Nissan with trust in them and walked out 1-2 weeks later the opposite .

Best car buying experience in a long time! We dealt with Luis, the fleet manager and we couldn't be more happy with the service. He's knowledgeable and anything we needed he handled. Also the finance guy was great too, David I believe. We would drive down here again for future purchases.

I have bought 4 Altima's from Riverside Nissan a 2003, 2011, 2013,2015 and I've loved every single one of them and what makes me come back is the experience and the great service. And if there is any issues management jumps right on it to help. I have referred friends and my parents. And i will continue to go back. I also have my service done at Riverside Nissan. Alfonso and everyone else at the service department are always helpful. I totally recommend Riverside Nissan. #1 👍👍
