Service staff is always so helpful and friendly and quick about getting my vehicles serviced.

Max was awesome he totally made my buying experience easy! Will the manager was also very personable and easy going!!! Customer service goes a long way and I definitely appreciate all their help! Felix was also very nice and patient with me as well! The whole buying experience was easy with all three of these gentlemen!!! Thanks guys !

The wait is already long to get service done even with an appt. Thinking of going else where to have service done if it means more efficient service. My time is valuable and I don't have a lot of it. As for the actual service it was a maintenance and after I received my vehicle back I found out they didn't do a tire rotation which means I need to take it back and spend another few hours there, no thank you.

Awesome service. Was able to get the car I wanted with the payments I wanted. I highly recommend coming here. They make sure to work with you to get the car you want at an affordable deal. They are big supporters or active military and veterans which is a big plus for me being in the military. Keep up the phenomenal work guys!

We had a great experience buying a certified used car at Toyota of San Bernardino! Nabeel was knowledgeable and didn’t waste our time with back and forth games on the $$. I think both sides got a fair deal, which is what is right. Jesse in finance also was great. Explained everything clearly and didn’t waste our time. I highly recommend this dealership.

these dealers do not have proper hospitality. They need to take business 101. These are vehicles your dealing with. Each person that comes is an opportunity to sell a vehicle. Retraining is definitely needed. GO TO MOSS BROTHERS!

I was greatly disappointed that when I asked your customer service representative service department about the total cost of my service she had said 29.00 and when my husband paid the bill was 79.00. I asked her several times to double check that amount and she insisted 29.00. We prefer to receive actual cost not a partial quote. That way we can better prepare. We had a 8:45 am appointment and they finished servicing our vehicle around 1:45 pm. This was for a oil change and checking for a noise from the Air conditioning. We hope we can get better quotes and not have to wait for so many hours. Thank you

My husband and I went in to this dealership to buy a Tacoma and we were very happy with the service. My husband spoke with Gabriel beforehand and the process was so easy! Gabriel was patient with us and I felt like he really cared about the purchase we made. Highly recommend this dealership and Gabriel! We also had a great experience with the finance manager, Steve, and he made a stressful process so much better!

I had a pretty good experience from here. Actually I didn't expect too much before I came in, just like checking other places. But the whole process was very fast. I visited their web first on 8/30 and drove the car home on 9/1. And the reason why so fast was the sales manager Tommy helped a lot, he is a nice guy, pretty funny and offered a good price for me. And also Carlos from the finance department also did a big favor on me to help me save money on the finance APR, really appreciate that. Wish you guys sell a lot in the busiest season~

The sales representative that helped us out Edgar De La Rosa was just awesome! He spoke our language. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable all the time we were there and to get the best deal possible that fit our needs and budget. I think we made a new friend! I would so recommend him to all my friends and relatives!

Excellent service, nice to have shuttle to take me home instead of waiting hours. Only complaint, dropped off car at 930 didn't hear back until 3:30 about diagnostic results. Was told it would be 90 minutes to 2 hours

Best place for Costco members to shop for a car. My rep Marcos Alonzo provided 100% transparent sales experience consisted of up front Costco pricing, no none sense trade-in appraisal and hassle free negotiation. Knowledgeable staff who follows processes to ensure Costco members are well taken care of. Finance Mgr "Felix" was low pressure & explained every items on contract in clear & concise manner. There was no surprises at this dealership. Job well done Costco for referring me here.

My experience was excellent! Erni my sale specialist was very helpful and explained the process of purchasing my RAV4. Jeff with financial services was very professional! He took the time to explain all the great extra coverage that were available. Overall I made a confident purchase. I highly recommend Toyota of San Bernardino! I'll be a returning buyer for sure👍

Overall satisfied with the service, however the wait was quite lengthy. Had to wait about 45 minutes for a shuttle and although my appointment was at 11:15, I didn't get my car until after 5pm. Had I known I'd be waiting so long I would have requested to be shuttled home, as last time my car was serviced it was done within an hour. The staff was very friendly, however the wait was just so long. Definitely will not be scheduling anything else on a Friday.

Great experience. Nick was our sales person. He was both knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn't aggressive or pushy; nor did he try to sell us one vehicle. Would highly recommend.
