This is a dance merchandise store, and they helped us out with the sizing of ballet shoes for my daughter for under $30. Will be going back when we need more items.

Claimed to know exactly what shoe our instructor required but ended up selling us the wrong style then denied the return due to the 10 day return policy.

Great shop for anything a dancer needs. If they dont have it they will order it! Friendly and helpful.

For starters I will NEVER shop here again!!!! I am a previous dancer and did all of our shopping here, now as a mom to a dancer we started doing our shopping there. We went in on a Tuesday night (website states they are open till 8pm on Tuesdays) we got there at 6:45pm and they were closed! When we went back Wednesday morning I asked why they were closed early and they said "oh yeah, we have summer hours" I told them they need to update the website and she shrugged her shoulders. After all this, we get my daughter fitted for her tap shoes and of course they don't have the size in the style that she needs so we have them order them. I was told they would be in no later than next Wednesday. I called because I hadn't gotten a call saying they were in. Long story short I was given the run around for 2 weeks. Once being told they would be in in 2 days, then I was told they were on back order, then I was told they were NEVER ordered!!!!! We ended up going to Inspiration Dancewear out in Webster where she had the exact shoes she needed in her size! Not only were they over exceptional in customer service, but they offer a discount program for future purchases! We will NEVER shop at Baileys ever again! Ever since the old owner has been gone Baileys has gone down the tubes! The girls are very un-educated, act as if they dislike their job (always miserable) and their prices are way more than anyone else!

First of all, Great customer service! They always have what i need and treat me like family in there! They have a wide assortment of ballet and tap shoes and outfits! I will always shop here at Baileys and nowhere else!

Very disappointed. Bought my 3 your daughters ballet and tap shoes and outfits.. Had everything fitted and at the next ballet class found the ballet too small. Went right there after class to ask for an exchange since they were fitted by the salesperson and they refused. Spent close to 100.00 there and will never go again
