I will definitely be back. The staff was great, really wish I got her name because she was SO helpful. I am an indecisive person and she was able to produce something amazing that really fit my wants/needs. She recommended a marbling mixing technique so I could use both requester colors in a cool way. When I went to pick up my shirts two of the sizes had been flipped. She fixed it in about 15 minutes for my event that night. So kind and amazing.

This store and the owner are an entire joke. Sexually harassing multiple employees, making jokes about raping an employee and asking her to come out back alone with him. Making bootleg copies of copywrited brands such as gucci, under armour, nike, various NFL teams, and much more, illegally. Intimidating the same employee into signing a "confidentiality agreement" and threatening a lawsuit because certain customers chose, on their free will, to follow said employee to new place of business and to take their business there. Asking an employee to punch out early and stay late to help out in the store, offering to pay them under the table. This is the absolute shadiest place of business that I've ever heard of, and the labor board and Better Business Bureau will be getting a call following this review to report the HIGHLY ILLEGAL activity taking place in this business. On various occasions first handedly watching the owner/manager completely allow sexual harassment against an employee from a customer for hours. If you're a potential customer, take your business to any of the other custom apparel stores in the rochester area, except for here. And if you're a current customer, think twice before returning to make a purchase because the owner probably states racist or sexist remarks as soon as you leave.
