Simmonds Real Estate was great. I enjoyed my rental property. When I reported a maintenance issue, they were very prompt in taking care of the issue.

Jennifer was very patient while helping me find a home for my daughter and I in the school district I preferred. She showed several houses each time and she was knowledgeable about each location.

Simmonds Real Estate was a breath of fresh air to rent from! Their agent, Tony, graciously arranged for us to look at a house on a Sunday afternoon. The move-in and move-out procedures were seamless. In the military life, moving is always stressful. When a management company makes it so easy that there is no stress - it really is priceless! Any questions, concerns, and/or repairs were always handled promptly. Natalia was amazingly helpful and always responsive to emails. If we end up being moved back to San Antonio, they will be one of our first phone calls!

Tamara Simmonds gave us the most personalized, professional realtor experience. She not only treated us as clients but took the extra step and treated us as family. She knew what we really wanted for our family and went out of her way to make sure we found the perfect home. Once we found it Tamara and Robert made sure it was a solid investment. As we are now settling into our new home we are constantly amazed at how perfect it is. Thank you Tamara for all the hard work and diligence! We will recommend Tamara Simmonds and Simmonds Real Estate to everyone.

Just want to take a moment to thank Catherine Libbe for assisting me with my rental. Everything I wanted in a home. Her experience and expertise is also the reason why i referred her to my sister and her family who currently relocated from Alabama to Texas. She spent alot of time on finding them the perfect home. Glad they have a place to call home again. Great location with breathtaking views. I will always refer Catherine to my colleagues, friends, and family. Thanks Again!

Simmonds Real Estate Property Management was our Property Management Company for this past year. What a phenomenal company! Professional, courteous and tenant focused. We have not only been a tenant in one of their managed homes, we have also used one of their agents when we purchased our new home.

As a Military Family we were relocated to N.J. and there for in need of a Property Management Company. We came across "Simmonds Real Estate Inc." Our home was photographed, described, listed and Leased with EASE because of Simmonds Real Estate Inc. ALL the needed paperwork & documents were handled by "Simmonds Real Estate!! IF our tenant had an issue Simmonds Real Estate handled the Matter Quickly! Communication is NEVER a problem, All of Simmonds Real Estate employees are accessible by phone, email or text!! We lived in a home managed by Simmonds Real Estate for 4 years. Our experience with the staff at Simmonds was great! We didn't have very many issues with our home, however, when things did come up they were taken care of quickly. Definitely recommend their services.

Prompt, Respectful, Friendly service. 2 years renting a property through Simmonds and never had an issue with maintenance, repairs, etc. Very easy company to deal with. Would recommend for any military coming into the area and needing a place in the Cibolo / Schertz area.

I recently reached out to Robert Simmonds from Simmonds real estate with interest in buying a home for my kids and I. To be honest going into it I feared what I dreamed of as a home would not be obtainable given the area and the price range I was aiming for. Robert went above and beyond into making this dream a reality and just a few days into looking above and beyond by finding one with a white picket fence where my blind daughter would be safe to explore. The entire Simmonds Family helped us along the way and I am grateful for the day I met Robert Simmonds and his help in making a dream come true.

I've only worked with one of the agents - Jennifer Davis - so most of this review will be about her. OUTSTANDING! This lady is a real gem! She expertly worked the system to help us get everything we wanted. She has contacts with a few different people that ended up saving us about $2000. We looked at each person she suggested we use, and shopped around a bit to check to make sure she was steering us right - she was every single time. She never tried to push us into a more expensive house to raise a commission- in fact she suggested we offer LESS on the house we bought than what we were going to. She was right then, too. She helped us understand each step of the process and went the extra mile, checking on the house after a hail storm had damaged other houses in the area. I never had to wait longer than an hour or so for a return text, and she's been very proactive. Even after the purchase was complete, she's kept in contact to make sure everything is going smoothly. A friend recommended her to us, and I'd do the same in a heartbeat.
